My purchase was delivered quickly and well packaged. The items that I purchased were exactly as promised. Great quality at a reasonable price. I was provided tracking information up to and including time of delivery. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase experience. On top of that I received a phone call and now have my own advisor to assist in future purchases .

Coin Advisers is consistently inquiring how they could improve their customer service, customers experience, and the coins they provide for their collectors. I really don't see any need for improvement. They have the best management, who happens to be Chris Clifton of the company. Its obvious to me that respect, knowledge, and customer service is No# 1 for Coin Advisers and this all filters down from management. They have a great sales team with tremendous knowledge, and an excellent package and shipping department. Their coins are the very highest grade and quality you buy. I just did a multiple purchase with them for over $20,000 on Aug. 11,2026. Sales Rep. Luiza Marie handled the transaction. She is the one and only coin Sales Rep. I buy from.
