Impossible Ask
I have never missed a payment and I was sued on an account. Their resolution was I need to make a lump sum of $1500 ADDITIONAL. This is a hardship program, and if people had lump sums of money like that, they would not need your services!!! Horrible.

Jim was absolutely amazing
Jim was so wonderful! He talked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that will happen. He’s already helped my husband with his debt too! The fact that you lowered my debt and I’m paying less is amazing. I still hate that my credit score has to take a beating. Wish you could pay off my debt once they agree to a settlement so I don’t keep taking a hit. Yes it’s up ti me to pay and you’ll get your payments every 2 weeks. I get the process just wish it could be better
