In one word, or in this case one name "Eric". Prior to Accredited I reached out to several other companies and most of their programs was just like yours. The only difference they didn't have someone like Eric who was very detail oriented, patient, and understood what I wanted to accomplish.
It was hassle free not to many phone calls from company they keep you updated never to busy to speak
They told me exactly how the process was to be expected, and it was exactly as they stated. I was able to alleviate my bills by a little over $300 a month which for me is a lot of money right now..

Customer service is great, they explain things in different ways until I finally understood. Answered any questions I had. Explained all my options and why each option would work or wouldn’t work. Payments are low

Beyond Finance might, in fact, be a debt management company. I wouldn't know. When all was said and done, I was out more than $4,000 that went to pay for fees to Beyond, instead of my creditors. Beyond wasn't up front about the fees that it collects -- or the fact that these fees would be collected in a lump sum before any payments are made to a creditor. And when it came to getting answers on the phone, I went round and round with reps who were clearly reading from scripts and who -- with the exception of one manager -- seemed uninterested in helping. In the end, I couldn't help but feeling exploited by a company that claims that it's mission is to help people like me get out of debt.
It's been really slow, I was told my credit score would start going up after six months, but most of the creditors haven't been finalized yet.
