I signed up with Bryce Turmaine and he explained that if I had any questions or concerns that I could reach him on his number or by email, well after looking over my contract and seeing that 3 of my debts were not included I contacted him and he said oh you can talk to the Welcome person when they call and have them added that's above my pay grade, I asked about my monthly payment he said oh you can just negotiate with them at that point, I then at that point decided to cancel which I had asked him previously and he said oh it would be no problem just reach out to him or the company, no answer and they have no idea who I am but he took all my information and when I called the second time the lady I spoke with I could hear chickens in the background. This is insane, I now have to change my bank information because I can't seem to be able to contact anyone who can help me. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Have people calling me from overseas wanting account info. I waited 1 hr to speak to someone in the US and was not connected. If I would have known that people overseas would be handling my account I would never used this company. I think as soon as I can reach someone in the US I will cancel and use another company that uses US base people.

Elijah very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went through the process with each creditor and what I can do on my portal and any future add ons or things that are available to me. Eventhough it took me a few days to catch my welcoming call I finally caught the call and was once again staff explained everything and asked if I had any questions.. My experience was not great but AMAZING...And what made it amazing was Felita she was very professional but always very caring, and understanding. She took my pain and turned it into relief. She listened to me and sympathized with me. She explained EVERYTHING to me where I understood the entire process. Very honest and true, she was a gift from God, and so is this service. setting up was easy & the reps like Caryn Coleman has been outstanding. Helping me get thru to speak with reps because couldnt get thru their automation site and they called back asap. Allen Stewart was the Clear One Advantage Account Executive that I spoke with. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and punctual and had great communication skills. He really took the time to listen to my financial situation. He offered the best option they had without ever pressuring me, but unfortunately due to my extremely limited income I was not able to take advantage of it.
