The plan I selected is wonderful. But trying to activate it was a 2 day process. I was told that if I came back the next day, they would wave my connection fee of $35. I returned the next day. Then I was told that they couldn't wave the fee. Not sure who the employee spoke with but they said no.
Elijah very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went through the process with each creditor and what I can do on my portal and any future add ons or things that are available to me. Eventhough it took me a few days to catch my welcoming call I finally caught the call and was once again staff explained everything and asked if I had any questions.. I was also informed if I have and questions do not hesitate to reach out.. fantastic group to work with ..thank you all so very much.
