Horrible customer service/be Leary be cautious. They will steal from you
Horrible customer service. Basically non existent. Redeem time is slow. I still haven’t received my redemption. I’ve contacted them multiple times and no responses. I’ve had to get in touch with a lawyer in hopes to get what they won’t pay to me. They closed my account with my redeem still processing

Redemption problems
Email stated my redemption would be sent on Monday August 3rd at the latest. It is now August 4th and it has not been sent (it’s been 8 days since I requested the redemption). Customer support is nonexistent and hasn’t answered in over 24 hours.
Great
Great and fun to play
So far I can say CoinsBack Casino's…
So far I can say CoinsBack Casino's verification process was pretty easy and fast, the game selection is awesome and I love the incentives compared to most online casinos. And hopefully I will get to experience the redemption process soon because I really enjoy playing on their site and hopefully they will become my number one to go to casino. No, I haven't won, nor was I paid to give my honest opinion about my experience thus far. One Brutally Honest Customer, Roberta WilderJohnson
Overall great site! I enjoy this much more than most other places
Everything has been extremely smooth and fun with this site, payouts have been consistent, they do take a little bit of time, but always come through. The games seem to hit pretty often. Just make sure you have all the necessary documents to get verified before you win
Great
Great, other then redemption times
Best casino around
Greatest website I’ve played
One of the better ones….
Good UI, fast verification, plus just won 200 SC first day playing. Can’t beat that! Now let’s see how long it takes them to WD to Skrill….But so far, great experience!
Informative and transparent
Awesome games!
Love the game options and the security there is on the account. I know for sure that it isnt possible for anyone to ever be able to steal my money on here.
No complaints!!

fantastic place
truthfully i was already liking the look and deals and im not someone that wins or has any luck when it comes to chancing money. its just not in the cards for me. i have luck in many ways but that is just not one of them. ontop of finding machines that i just enjoyed in general i actually won somethinmg and walked away happy basically for the first time in my life and im 37. i was on the site for like an hour at that point and i can safely say everything about this site just stacks so much higher than any other ive tried by far. now i can help my parents a bit. thats all i ask for and wish granted. this is the only site i will use anymore period. i can delete all the apps off my pjone and clear space.
