Losing my patience but I have not lost the truth and faith in God.
I have submitted the claim back on 05/20/2026. I have been waiting for any type of update ever since. I have called the agent or customer service operator were all pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. They took all of my messages and tried to address my considered. They even transferred me to the supervisor but still I'm waiting. The medical bills are arriving now and I becoming stressed. What can I do but wait?
