Martin did a fantastic job and I was completely comfortable leaving everything in his hands. He was highly recommended by the warden of my mum’s residential property. He was professional, efficient and provided confirmation that it was all completed.I would definitely recommend this company as they took the stress out of what was a very emotional time with my mum passing away.
Amazing! Martin did a phenomenal job and I was completely comfortable leaving everything in his capable hands. Super professional, efficient and trustworthy. Got a few quotes from different businesses and by far the best. I would definitely recommend this company as they took the stress out of what was a very emotional time. Best price too 😃.
Martin was fantastic !! Highly recommend him and the team. They arrived on time, were friendly and fun to work with, and even helped me load my own car. He took everything as agreed and at the price quoted, worked quickly and did a great job. Communciation was excellent. Really lovely guys - you won't find better elsewhere!!
Martin came and cleared rubbish from my loft including some very tricky and cumbersome pieces of wood. He has a real 'can do" attitude and is really efficient when he does the job. This is about the 10th time me/family/friends have used him. I always get a quote from him as he charges at a competitive rate and I know he discards/recycles unwanted items responsibly, ethically and hassle free. Will no doubt use this company again in future. Thanks Martin.
Cannot praise Martin and his team enough. He’s done a brilliant job for us recently with a house clearance at no 12. Martin can’t do enough for you and nothing is a problem for him. Brilliant service, friendly and reliable. We highly recommend this company.
Martin offers a fantastic service at a great price! He’s cleared our entire garden before and every time we need something bulky taking, he’s only a quick message away. Fab!
I recently used Complete House Clearance Sheffield for a full flat clearance, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! They efficiently removed all the furniture, flooring, and general rubbish, making the whole process stress-free. Their team was professional, friendly, and worked incredibly quickly. The price was very reasonable, and far better value than hiring a skip, which saved me a lot of hassle. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, affordable clearance service—truly top-notch! Will definitely use them again if needed.
I approached Martin with a scope of clearing my Dad's house, it was filled with DVD's, books, CD's and musical recordings on reel to reel and tape and 8 track and records. My father had just passed away and Martin was polite and courteous and he ensured everything was cleared and tidied up. Martin was respectful of family belongings and when he found something like photo's or jewellery he always asked if we definitely wanted them throwing which in one or two instances definitely wasn't the case, thank you Martin and team!
Called these up at short notice. They were friendly, prompt and emptied the entire house without any issues. Amazing company and Martin was super friendly.

Martin is great! He’s a really friendly guy and nothing is too much. He cleared our new commercial space from all the old previous tenants rubbish in no time! We now have the space clear to start our activities! Thank you!
Martin is a really friendly man, he cleared my cellar and swept up after , top service I would highly recommend, cheaper than hiring a skip
Martin was brilliant and very friendly. He arrived early and did the full house clearance thoroughly and cheerfully. He was reliable, conscientious, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him.
Excellent job of clearing my mums house. Very efficient. Great job. Thanks Martin.
Cleared everything I ask to be cleared and even swept up after. It was cheaper than me hiring a skip and doing the job myself.
