Still waiting for my dress I ordered in July, now October, no dress, no refund. I get a new "advisor" every email, but no refund.

Had delivery of a dress this morning…
Had delivery of a dress this morning which I ordered because £10.00 less on this site. A dress similar to the one I ordered BUT completely different material and really bad workmanship. Not able to wear dress as elastic waist all puckered from bad machining. I have emailed x 3 times but keep getting a robot messaging back and unable to return the faulty item. I have emailed this companywho keep directing me to customer services which is just robot messaging. Very frustrated that I have been misled by Comprehensik advertising

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing 2 dresses neither of which fit. I have asked to return them due to the fact I can not wear them! Extremely unhelpful. Won’t be buy from them again £35 down the drain. They really do not care.
If you think you want to buy off them DON'T
This company takes money that isn't theirs. If you pay for an item they add £4 on top of the purchase price and call it TAX !!! Purchases take forever to arrive

Waited about 6 weeks to receive dresses. Lovely colours but not well made at all therefore don’t sit properly! Spoke to AI agent who suggested I keep them due to high cost to return. Not interested at all! Really wished I had read these reviews before purchasing. I would absolutely not buy from this company again. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

This company has got to be the worst i have ever bought from.The dress i have just received is nothing like the dress i ordered.The fabic is so cheap.When i emailed for a refund i was told to be aware that it would cost me a lot to return the dress.So thats it im stuck with a dress thats only fit for the bin.So be aware do not buy from this company the product are not as advertised

Same as all the other reviews. Wish I had looked before buying! Dresses are horrible quality and cannot get an address to return the items even though I have tried numerous times through their AI chat It keeps giving me no info robbing me off. NEVER will I buy from them again!

Please don’t purchase from here. Sizing is all wrong I literally could not get the dress pass my knees. It’s taken 6 weeks for order to finally arrive. They refusing to give refund they say it’s in the return policy which is clearer different to what it says in there site. I wrote review on page gets deleted.

Do NOT waste your money it’s a scam! Waiting 4 weeks for order when I email them the emails get returned to sender! Clearly a fraudulent company I’ve just wasted £40 don’t be a fool like me!
AVOID, CHEAP MISDESCRIBED TAT
I bought 3 dresses including bohemian dress in beige and it’s huge! The sizing is all wrong. There is no label in it so no idea what the cheap nylon fabric is. It arrived creased to bits and does not resemble the website photo. This will go to recycle as I’d be embarrassed taking it to a charity shop. CHEAP TAT, AVOID THIS COMPANY. They should not be trading, ripping people off, I’ve learnt my lesson. They will not accept returns and Ive sent numerous emails for refund including legal letter about misdescribed goods - waste of time. They also trade under different names including Conveniencet.com.

Regardless of I ordered correct sizes of not, company has obligation to refund of the Co customer is not happy!!!
