It took a lot longer to get the tool than I had expected and once I got it and tried to use it it wouldn’t pick the lock that I tried to buy the thing to pick so I’m giving it a three out of five stars

BEWARE order not received, refund never given.

I ordered sunglasses 2 months ago and never received them. I have reached out to them numerous times. I kept getting a generated response that it is in review. The last time I reached out I got no response AT ALL. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are dishonest and have horrible customer service.

The item came quickly and as described.

I did not know it had to ship from Portugal so it took much longer to get here than anticipated.

Photochromic sunglasses/eye protection for pickleball

I ordered eye protection for pickleball, photochromic sunglasses. I never received them. They sent them in the USPS. They had a third party confirm delivery. However, they notified me of delivery 3 days after the delivery occurred. I never received the product. Even though it was 3-day late notification of delivery, I had checked the mail on the day it was allegedly delivered because I had another delivery that evening. Nothing from Conciset was there. They would not refund because their third party confirmed delivery. I'd sent them the late email notification that the delivery had taken place 3 days prior to notification. Their response: check bushes, check with neighbors, check with the post office. I would never order with them again. They may have sent it, but their delivery system provided no picture of delivery. I have no product and I'm out the money, time....

the question is confusing

the question is confusing, but assuming you are talking about the glasses I bought - unless I am getting them confused, but I thought I bought some glasses that were supposed to "adjust" to your eyes automatically and enable you to see better at various distances - including close up. These are just polarized lens with a slight reflective tint. They do what polarized lenses do... I don't see any other action happening. I'll try again when the sun comes out to see if they are supposed to tint or something... but these are not too exciting. Maybe good for golf if you don't mind wearing glasses while you are swinging

I ordered the fraction set for my kids

I ordered the fraction set for my kids, and it never came. It says it was delivered directly to a person in my city and state but we never received it. I attempted to find a way to report the issue and there is none.

photogenic glasses

My order and delivery wasfor the photogenic eyeglasses and Consise was very communicative. I knew where at all times where my Product was and I was thrilled to see it in my mailbox and they arrivedsafe and sound ... color me happy kudos.👍

The glasses are great

The glasses are great...only one complaint....the nose grips are so big they actually slightly inpede the vision.

This is a fraud. Going to report it to the state department and the FTC and FCC and Congress. Fraud on the American people.

Not as advertised

Not as advertised. Cheaply made. And very large. Had to bend them to make them fit. Won’t be wearing them.

So grateful for these glasses....

I purchased the glasses for my brother who has a serious retina problem. He could see only about 20 feet ahead and he called all excited because he can now see about 30 feet further than before he put on those glasses. He wanted to pay me for them. I'm oin the USA & was worried that this could be a scam from a foreign country, They took a little longer in transit through customs but the glasses were worth the wait !!! Thank you so much.

This is not shipped from the USA so allow a month for delivery

very nice sunglasses. I did not know they were shipped from Hungry so allow at least 30 days for delivery.

Return Policy needs work

I received the glasses once I opened the box I wanted to return them never use I am waiting on the procedure to return them I sent the pictures they asked me for I was told I got what I ordered I expected a more upscale item for this price

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Never received my purchase and customer service would not refund me my money. Very disappointing.

Never received order

Never received order, shipping co. Says it was delivered to a mail rm, front desk, locations that don’t exist in my rural community. Customer service was basically non responsive telling me to check with my post office and provided a different tracking number than originally provided. My post office said neither tracking number was theirs and couldn’t help me. Further emails were answered were the exact same as the original indicating an automated response, rather than someone actually reading my emails. I’d hoped they just replace order instead I received the same response. “ check with your neighbors, check with your post office” When I told them I did the response was a repeat of their original email. Asked them to identify who does their last mile delivery, again they would t answer just the same original response.
