I ordered a Christmas give for a loved one on 12/17/2025 still waiting on the gift? Customer service is terrible. There’s no phone number just an email. They say everything‘s made in the USA, but the gift that I purchased is coming from overseas I would totally stay away from this company in the future and I recommend everybody else not ordering from this company.
Won’t acknowledge order is incomplete
I received the rosary board from this company, but only received 10 of the 20 mystery discs. I have written several times and their automated response was “we sent it”. Why would I want 10 extra discs if I already had them? I even sent them a picture. They know what I received. Not a happy customer!!!
