Scam! I ordered because I trusted Trust Pilot. Good thing I went through PayPal. I placed order never received any confirmation, or other emails. Called number no answer, not even a message service, Ended up contacting someone through PayPal and they wanted me to cancel payment and send it to their other account in Kenda, under a different name.
I am very happy to share my outstanding experience with Container Estates! I recently purchased a shipping container pool from them, and I must say, the entire process was impressive. Firstly, the delivery was incredibly fast! I was expecting a wait time of several weeks, but my pool arrived within a fraction of that time. The pool was in perfect condition, just as described on their website and I was delighted to see that it was exactly what I had hoped for. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service I received. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They answered all my questions (and I had many!) with patience and clarity, making the entire process stress-free. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, the communication was top-notch. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that I was comfortable and confident in my purchase. I highly recommend Container Estates because they are the best when it comes to shipping container transformation.
I wanted to check things out in person before buying an outdoor storage shed I saw on their website which was less expensive that others I've seen plus the fact that I was still planning to order a customized container guest house. I'm glad I did because my visit to Container Estates exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, highly professional and helpful, the facilities were clean and well-maint. I felt comfortable and confident... I will be ordering again.

From the start, they were incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Their dedication to providing top-notch service and a great product truly stood out to me. What impressed me the most was the level of care and attention to detail they put into ensuring that I got exactly what I needed. Not only did they deliver a fantastic product, but they also took the time to listen to my requirements and offer valuable insights and recommendations. I can't thank the team enough for their excellent customer service and their commitment to delivering high-quality products. Their professionalism and genuine care for their customers have truly set them apart. I highly recommend Container Estates to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated team to work with on their container projects.
