The app was intuitive and so easy to book instantly! Didn't have to deal with any calls or wait for menu development which saved me so much time. Chef Kimberly arrived on time and was a great communicator and the food was delicious. She left the kitchen even cleaner than when she found it.
Our chef was absolutely fantastic, from beginning to end! The food was superb; our guests were still talking about it several days later. In addition, and this was unexpected, our chef not only cleaned up, he literally left the kitchen in better condition than it was when he arrived. You won’t go wrong with these folks!
CookinGenie recently catered brunch for our office and it was a great experience all around! The chef did an excellent job, everything was delicious - the bananas foster french toast was a big hit. Delivery and setup were on time, clean, and very professional. I would absolutely use their services again.
CookinGenie recently catered brunch for our office and everything was spot on. The food arrived neatly packed and super clean, which made setup effortless- no mess anywhere. The chef put together an amazing breakfast taco spread, along with plenty of options so everyone had something they liked. Everything worked exactly the way it should. Easy 5 stars.
We had an amazing breakfast spread prepared by a very talented chef. The flavours were just right, and the menu was very inclusive. We would definitely like to have him come cook for us again.
My company used CookinGenie for a brunch at the office. It was amazing. The breakfast tacos were perfect and an imaginative option compared to other carry-ins of muffins, etc. We appreciated how the food arrived ready to go even since we don't have an oven at our office.
We had a company lunch and it was such a treat to have a chef cook for us! Such a great alternative to the regular old catering alternatives! I'll be trying this at home for some friends very soon!
WOW! What a great service and what a great chef! We were able to curate GREAT food and simultaneously meet the "food restrictions" embedded in our party of 10+ people. So easy, so tasty!!! Definitely doing it again ...
Such a treat to have someone come and create a delicious meal for my family and then do all the cleaning! Definitely recommend.
We had CookinGenie cater brunch for our company meeting, and it was terrific. The food came in hot and tasted amazing. They were very conscious of dietary restrictions and made sure everyone was accommodated. They have very neat labeling of all the dishes we ordered. From a logistical perspective, all food arrived on time, hot, and was more than enough for the entire office. Side note: My personal favorite was the grits. They were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend getting those.
CookinGenie catered a breakfast at our office, and it was truly remarkable. I'm still daydreaming about those breakfast tacos. Food aside, everything was so clean and organized, which was much appreciated. We've recently had bad luck with some well-known restaurants that, unfortunately, sent food over in the most unorganized ways imaginable.
CookinGenie crushed it for our office brunch. The food showed up right on time, tasted great, and disappeared fast. People were hovering around the table like they had not eaten all week. Always a good sign. What really surprised us was how easy they made everything. Quick messages, clear updates, zero stress. We barely had to think about it, which is rare when you are feeding a group. If you need a brunch caterer who actually shows up and makes you look good, go with CookinGenie. We are already planning the next order.
What a great evening! Everything was perfect!

George is such an excellent chef! Wow!! He has prepared 2 fancy dinners for us and each course was outstanding! Appetizers range from : beef tartar gougeres, Smoked Salmon "sushi", roasted grape and brie salad, Split pea soup, Filet Mignon, Blackened Sea Bass. All incredibly delicious! And he makes it so easy for the host. He prepares it all from start to finish and even cleans our china and silver. You cannot find a better chef!!
Monica, thank you for your review. We are happy you enjoyed your CookinGenie experience with George and look forward to cooking for you again soon.
Great Experience! Thank you Chef Cameron for the yummy sushi and for being creative w preparing something for even my 1 year old to enjoy. Loved the experience and would definitely book again!

Overall the food was tasty the chef lacked professionalism. She seemed a bit frazzled upon arrival and didn’t confirm our order before getting started. Like with previous experiences, she unfortunately didn’t share much about herself/her professional experience or chat about the prep work. I tried to engage in conversation but it seemed like she wanted to just cook and leave quickly. When serving the dishes, she didn’t present them in any manner. When cleaning, she poured hot oil down my sink and potentially left damages. She vacuumed but the floor felt oily afterwards. She also opened the fridge with sticky fingers, leaving prints on the fridge and on items in my fridge. Overall, would not recommend.
Sabrina, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this chef did not meet your expectations, but are encouraged that one of our other chefs around you would be more to your liking. Have a great day and we look forward to cooking for you again soon.
Great experience to be able to spend time with family and have a delicious meal without having to lift a finger except to open a cabinet to show the chef where we keep the pots! Chef Elias in Louisville has an authentic and delicious Mexican menu.
Laura, thank you for your review. We are pleased that you enjoyed Chef Elias and your CookinGenie experience. We look forward to cooking for you again soon.
Wonderful meal for small dinner party. CookinGenie made it super easy to book a chef to come into my home. Chef Justine cooked a wonderful 3 course lunch, with Crab cakes, Lamb rack and a cute cheesecake to finish off. Using CookinGenie is much easier than going out to a restaurant!!!
Rebecca, thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed your CookinGenie experience with Chef Justine and look forward to cooking for you again soon.
