I had an amazing pasta class in Rome
I had an amazing pasta class in Rome! This was my third time using Cookly and it never disappoints. The support team helped me find the perfect class for my dietary needs, which I really appreciated. For me, it’s the perfect way to learn authentic local recipes while meeting wonderful local people. Highly recommended!
Beware: Slow/No Refunds for Cancellations
The Cookly website advertises that you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund. I requested to cancel several weeks before the scheduled date and have yet to see a refund (now going on 2 weeks). Poor service and response time.
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Booked a cooking class 4 months ago and paid $440 for 2 persons. Was confirmed. One (!) day before the class it was cancelled! Asked my money back and now waiting for the refund. Already more than a week and still nothing. Unacceptable!
We joined the market tour in Mexico…
We joined the market tour in Mexico City today and it was incredible. Cookly customer service and support were excellent when we needed help finding the meeting point. On top of this the guide was fun and friendly and the experience felt truly authentic.
Bad experience, haven’t got my money back
I have had a bad experience with cookly. We waited a long time for a confirmation of our cooking class, only for it to be cancelled. We then found another class which was confirmed. however, it ends up being canceled at the last minute, so we didn't have time to find something new. They withdraw the money from my account, even though I haven’t attend a class. I still haven't got my money back and even paid a large fee for the Valuta difference that I won't get back. That’s too bad! I hope I wil get my money soon after waiting for over a week

From market to table Amazing food & FUN
From market to table, locally sourced ingredients, produce, met, wine. This was life changing, so fun, the staff was wonderful. We plan on taking a cooking class anytime we travel-amazing experience, Grazi melia!!

We Love Cookly!
I've used Cookly to book classes in a few countries (Myanmar, Thailand, Japan, China) and have had incredible experiences at each one. We did a food tour around Beijing, sushi-making in Tokyo, and cooking classes everywhere else. Each one was so unique and so fun. Highly recommend this platform to find great food and cooking experiences all over the world!!

I was able to book cooking classes with ease in all of those countries (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Italy). Buyer beware!!!
Buyer beware!! I purchased a cooking class 4 months out for a overseas travel through Da Nang,Vietnam and realized that it wasn’t feasible to travel through that town so I had to cancel the reservation about a month later as I was finalizing my travel events. They initially charged me $90 dollars, after a weeks worth of back and forth of trying to cancel for a refund and having to explain myself, they finally agreed to fully refund me, however I only received $86 dollars in refund. It’s not worth the $4 dollars to argue more after spending a week already arguing. They just suck so be aware of it!

Horrible experience with Cookly. Asked for refund due to COVID so my family cannot travel. Been nearly 2 months now. We booked for a family of 5 people. Nearly costing us $1000 waiting to be refunded.

HORRIBLE ! COOKLY = SCAM I have booked a cooking course in March in Marrakesh The Chef cancelled the course and followed the Cookly procedure correctly Cookly never replied to my various emails asking for a refund (that was around 110 € !!!) A girl called Dennise proposed 2 months later a voucher for another course which I didn't accept of course and I wanted a refund This website COOKLY is a SCAM! Be careful and never book anything on this website
Still waiting for refund after class cancellation
I also booked a cooking class that got canceled because of covid-19. At first I got an email from an employee called Dennise, saying that I could get a refund. After that, I’ve never heard anything from her or any other person at Cookly again. I’ve written about 4 emails now to get my money back, but I’ve never had any response. My cooking class would have taken place mid-February, meaning I am waiting 3 months already for my refund, let alone a reply from any staff member. Never again and if I could, I’d give Cookly 0 stars instead of 1. Please be warned.
Coolly = Poor customer service
Per Cookly’s website, they will give a refund if a reservation has been cancelled prior to 48 hours before the scheduled cooking class. I have contacted them 3 times through their website to obtain a refund for a class that is scheduled over a month from now and have received no response. Very poor customer service!
