Here is my story
Here is my story. I ordered, for $9.99, a seed bundle. I could see it on my Discover card acct. A few days later, I had an unauthorized charge, of about $63, on my Discover acct. This charge was declined by the Fraud Dept at Discover. I checked my cooktwig acct and found that my $9.99 charge was not a seed bundle, but VIP MEMBERSHIP. I disputed this charge with cooktwig. In one day, I got a response from Kenny, escalation dept. He agreed to remove the charge from my acct if I left a review. So, this is my review. Not happy that I was led to believe I was buying a seed bundle and it was changed to something else I did not authorize. I am happy that I got a quick response from Kenny. Cooktwig has to see my review and then my acct is credited. I hope this happens as promised! Max Hotz
I was told that I would get a refund…
I was told that I would get a refund and that I had to leave a review before I'm issued that. So here it is. I can't say I received the best service because I haven't received my money back yet. I'll update to a much more positive experience once I get my refund that is due. I have kids and a family and I don't need some company taking money from me, especially when it was not previously disclosed to me. Thanks.
