Frequently had issues with delivery
Frequently had issues with delivery. We travel a lot so some weeks we are not home. The delivery requires a full week prior to be skipped, so we can try to skip 6 days before the delivery date and still be unable to skip. Also had issues where delivery would be left at the wrong place and then got cleaned up by cleaning staff. Ended up wasting $500 in a few months.
Worth every cent
Absolutely wonderful variety every single week. The food has all been great, my favorites are the cordon bleu and the naan pizza. Will be using this service for a long time!!
Cook Unity....you must try!!
Cook Unity meals are easy and taste fabulous. They taste fresh. The presentation is also great. They have a container return program which is great for recycling and less waste. Menu is plentiful.

CookUnity has been a huge help with my busy schedule. The meals are convenient, delicious, and make day-to-day life much easier.
Do Not Bother. Ever.
This company on SEVERAL occasions will not deliver things you order, especially if its a dessert that you pay extra for. When asking for a refund, they offer you half the price of the thing you order and tell you to screw. The portions are for kids on most meals, the protein can be pretty disgusting and dense, not cooked correctly. Looking at you anything with chicken thighs in it. Just dont use this service. Its not worth the constant communication with a customer service team that wants to screw you out of your money. By the time you finish delivery fees, its about $16 a meal and thats not including the "premium" meals.

Despite having some issues with damaged or delayed packages, the customer service team is always pleasant and helpful. The majority of the meals we have had have been very good with a ton of choices and typically a decent portion size.

Ive used cook unity about 4 times now…
Ive used cook unity about 4 times now and the choices i've pick are very well prepared. when I find something I like, I usually order it for the following week. one of my favorite is the chicken teriyaki and the shrimp and tomatoes with mashed potatoes. They're all tasty and looking to try and add more chefs to my growing list!

Great food variety and fantastic customer service! I’ve tried a few different dishes over my first two deliveries, and everything has been so tasty. The menu variety is excellent. Plus, when I needed to reach out to customer service, they went above and beyond to take care of me. I am definitely looking forward to my upcoming orders!

Cook Unity is a great service and well, the food speaks for itself. Any issues I would have cook unity staff are on it immediately. The food I have had so far is very delicious! Love the homemade taste!! Glad I chose you.
You Need to Subscribe to See Their Meals!?!
The food is very good, but I had to cancel since the meals were very high in sodium and I let them know. I recently got a snail mail from them claiming they heard users’ concerns and had healthier lower sodium options - “over 1000 new recipes!” That got my attention. Problem: you can’t see their meal offerings without reactivating your subscription. When I did, I was immediately put into a queue for a meal delivery of their choosing! What? So instead of seeing their meals which MAY have brought me back as a customer, I had to rush to cancel before they slammed out a week’s worth of food my way. This is no way to do business. Sorry. I like to know what I’m getting before resubscribing by my own choice. Not Cook Unity’s. They responded saying they were sorry that I didn’t like that method of doing business, and that my account would be closed. No mention of changing their methods. A shame. They could have won me back. That’s not going to happen now.

CookUnity is the best meal service that I have had. They have a great selection and my whole family loves their options. There is something for everyone. We would prefer CookUnity over dining out!

Wrote a glowing review about 2 months ago. Wow have things changed. 🤔 Customer service is basically none existent. If you enjoy talking to bots via text then this is the service for you. I'm now the victim of random charges. Even though you skip a meal, they'll charge you a fee and then try to charge you for your regular delivery. Trying to get it reversed is a nightmare. Don't get me wrong the food is outstanding. However the customer service and unexplained charges are unethical. BEWARE!!!!!!

I normally don't leave reviews, and when I do, I try to be fair and balanced. In this case, though, I'm honestly struggling to come up with anything negative to say. I signed up for CookUnity last month and am now going into my fifth week. To say I've been pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. While I'm not a picky eater by any stretch, I'd like to think I have a fairly experienced palate after trying all kinds of foods over the years. Because of that, I honestly wasn't expecting the quality I've received. The meals consistently taste fresh, flavorful, and far better than I ever expected from a prepared meal service. The pricing is also very reasonable when I look at what I was spending before. I used to order DoorDash or Uber Eats 3 to 4 times a week, usually spending $30 to $40 per order. Now I'm paying around $100 a week for six meals that are already prepared, ready to eat, and genuinely enjoyable. I've tried roughly 24 meals so far, and there has only been one that I didn't finish. I don't even remember why, which probably says something. The portions are satisfying, the meals take about 3 minutes in the microwave, and the containers are oven safe if you have a little more patience than I do. Honestly, they'd probably taste even better in the oven, but I'm usually too hungry to wait. One thing I didn't expect was how much this would help my day to day routine. I work long hours, often from 8 AM to 8 PM, and I have a bad habit of getting so focused on work that I forget to eat. Having balanced meals ready to go has made it much easier to actually take care of myself, stay focused, and avoid grabbing whatever unhealthy option is closest when I'm busy. Customer service has also been fantastic. The one time I had a question, they were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. For someone who rarely leaves reviews, the fact that I'm taking the time to write an entirely positive one should probably tell you everything you need to know. CookUnity has been worth every penny for me, and my only complaint is that I wish I could afford to order even more meals each week.

I was skeptical and boy was I wrong.
I was skeptical of prepared meal delivery services for a while and had preconceptions that they’d be like frozen microwavable dinners you get at the supermarket. I heard of services like Blue Apron and Factor, and was even trying Meal Pal at the time. But due to my work schedule just getting out of control, I needed something that saved me the effort of cooking, and me having to go pick up my meals during lunch. After I saw my co-workers using Cook Unity, I decided to jump onto the bandwagon, and it became a choice I have not regret. Aside from saving me time, the freshness, variety, and portions were what stood out amongst the rest. I think my stomach shrank, and probably lost some weight along the way too. Most meals are reasonably portioned, if it isn’t write a review. I would like to believe the peeps making the meals are listening. Think personal meal prep, but instead from a range of world class chefs. Even my dad who’s never impressed with anything was impressed. And the customer service is amazing, shout out to Marie for the great assist! Cook Unity has been around since the 2010s, and I’m pretty sure if they’re still here that means something. They may have had bumps along the way, but perfecting things take time. I highly recommend everyone like me to give it a try, YOLO.

It is the best meal service I have tried. Tons of selection to choose from and they all taster better than what I cook for myself. And lots of promotions and plans are offered to help save money. Look no furthet if you are looking for a meal delivery serivce
