I cannot even begin to describe how easy it was to work with these guys! I assumed I would be working with an AI robot and I had ACTUAL people assisting me along the way! Thanks to Eva and Jorneth, I was able to not only produce my coolies but in a VERY timely manner and when the shipping didn't meet their expectations they stood by their guarantee and made it right with me - even though I understood that this was not their fault! I will definitely be working with them much more in the future!!

Both Jen and Luisa were very responsive and helpful. I was able to get exactly what I needed, the amount, the color and the graphic exactly when I needed it.

Faded print quality and delayed past our event date
Ordered 150 custom koozies three weeks in advance for a company retreat. Not only did the package arrive two days after the event ended, but when we opened it, the screen-printed logo was visibly faded and off-center on half of the items. Their customer service team offered a meager 10% credit instead of a proper refund for ruined custom merchandise.
