I order custom coolies every year with the help from Ana. She makea the experience seamless. I can put in my design and have it tweeked to what my vision is in a couple of days and Ana makes sure that it happens with a quickness. I know that even if I'm running short on time that my order will always make it by my deadline. People that attend our annual event,use the coolies for years after. Quality product and phenomenal customer service

After another vendor failed me, I frantically looked for another vendor last minute & found CoolieNation. The Customer Service was lightyears ahead of the other company I had been working with- I worked with Liz, specifically, who was so fast & responsive. We went through a couple rounds of proofs to finalize a design & color palette I loved for our bachelorette coozies and she had them approved, printed & at my door the next morning. She never once made it feel inconvenient & actually seemed genuinely happy to assist. Everyone has been asking for their information since I described my experience. I will definitely be ordering here again!
