We were looking for another koozie option for our small business, and coolie nation gave us a free rendering and estimate...their estimate was almost double of what i had paid at another company...after letting them know about their pricing, they asked for a proof of purchase from the other company and then not only matched the pricing exactly but waived the setup and rush shipping fees and beat my deadline by 2 days....this was my first order from this company and the service was OUTSTANDING!
From one small business to another, Michael, thank you for leaving a review! And thank you for recognizing our outstanding customer service; we appreciate your purchase and your support! Please share us with your family and friends - www.facebook.com/thecoolienation/
Great service! Super easy to get through the process. Ana did an amazing job understanding what I was looking for and responded promptly throughout the process. There are lower priced options out there, but excellent communication and certainty that my order was going to arrive as promised makes me glad I went with Coolie Nation!

I found Coolie Nation through a Google search and the response rate was so quick, I actually thought they were a scam. It was the weekend, so I never expected to get a response, much less a proof! So I looked them up through BBB. Yup, legit company. I only needed 4 koozies, all 4 with different designs. Coolie Nation, and Rep Liz N, NAILED IT! They were going to be delivered by July 30. INSTEAD, I received them July 16.
Thank you, Kristi, for taking time to leave a review for our small business; we appreciate your purchase and your support! So glad you found us - Coolie Nation is legit, 'real people' staffed and family-owned. We will let Liz N know you called her out for nailing your 4 different designs! We have ordered from Coolie Nation twice now, for both my kid’s weddings. Meg is amazing and so quick to respond to every email anytime of the day. She listened to our requests to make changes and we would have the proof the next day. The quality of the koozies are top notch compared to others we have seen. We will definitely use them again and will recommend your company to anyone who is searching for the best koozie!!!
