I too have been waiting for my order to arrive for four weeks with emails kicking back and no other means of communication. Can’t think why this would be happening with a legit business.
Re: Coolinen…Like another reviewer, my email bounced back when I wrote to inquire about when my order of 5/6 would be shipped. I could kick myself for not researching this company better before I ordered. So mad.
My order has not been delivered after two months. Their customer service seems not to exist at all, emails to their email address bounce back with error that it does not exist. No tel number to call. Be carefull and don't buy anything from them. It is a scam!
