COPARIM sells defective goods. The sizes are not true, the clothes are made for tiny little chinese people. They will not give a refund but offer instead a 40% discount on an unusable item. I had to get my bank to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM COPARIM!!
I sent this as a gift for my son … The quality was awful and size not true to size Don’t buy
Tee shirt received in wrong colour, they are so obstructive and will not send me a return address. I believe I will not get a refund. Disgusted with the non existant customer service. Never buying anything from Instagram ads again, especially from abroad.
My package has still not arrived. I have been waiting for 7 weeks. I live in Calgary and my package has "apparently" been here for over a week! where is it? Never again will I order from CHINA!!!
I had an issue with a product from this company & would just like to commend them on their EXCELLENT customer services. My issue was dealt with quickly & efficiently through regular emails & the matter was resolved successfully. THANKYOU Carmala & Caroline 😊
No hassle, no fuss. Placed order of items and were delivered on time. Thanks
Product was delivered as stated, and in 1 piece!
The ornaments Coparim is selling on their website look like an actual real miniature Boot, and a stuffed dog as the ornament, but what was actually delivered was a small piece of plastic, with a dull finish, for a whopping price of $17.99, plus shipping...a total letdown and scam. It was false advertising in my opinion, snd I am Not a Satisfied Customer.
Received order in great time and in good shape. Great price!
I bought an ornament costing $17.99 plus $4.99 shipping for a total of $22.98. When it arrived it was a piece of thin plastic with dull colors - not like what was pictured. I was extremely disappointed, contacted customer service immediately for a return shipping label & a full refund. After multiple emails back forth I was offered 3USD as the best they could do for me. Incredible...I spent $22.98 and they will refund me $3.00 for their very poor quality piece of plastic that appears to have cost pennies to produce.
