Living in chaos!
I have been dealing with a lot of trauma in my current life. I procrastinate, so getting a therapist has been something that I have put off for a while. I decided to just give this a try, and so far just by being validated in my pain, I have felt relief. In fact I fell asleep right after and slept harder than I have in a while. It's an excellent reflection tool when you are living in chaos and can't even think straight. Thank you! I will continue and review again.

I want to make a special mention for Kayla Harris. I had a huge issue, problem. Needed to be in contact with my twin, and had to renew my premium but difficult time for me at this time. Our serious, honnest, truthfull, respectable and loyal conversation made posible i could pay for the whole year premium out of time, but never got cutted off from the access to my twin. A thank you is not enough to express my satisfaction

'Customer service' is non-existent
'Customer service' is non-existent. The lessons stopped after I finished the third one, app wouldn't let me proceed. Contacted the company by email. I received long emails from an AI agent. And nothing was ever done. 4-5 emails on how it would be addressed. Total bs. Then after using the app for several months, all my conversations vanished, after I was billed for the next month. More long emails and nothing was ever done. App is good, customer service is a disaster.

We never rely on AI alone to resolve account or technical issues.
