I signed up on 8-5 using a groupon offer. They asked for my card info. which I provided. It indicated everything went thru! Today 8-6 I didn't hear a pep so I logged in on cosmeticez and they were asking me to pay again! Sent them a message at 6pm Mt. asking why I was being asked to pay again? Not off to a good start! Ordered wrong/refunded me BUT
Ordered the wrong product strength and informed chat immediately upon reviewing the purchase confirmation. Told them to stop the shipment and I would reorder the correct strength. I assumed they had stopped the order A few days later I received the order & notified chat that I wanted to return and get a refund. The only problem was no reply from the chat. Tried again a week later to return. I was getting annoyed then I got my credit card statement and there was a complete REFUND. THAT WAS AWESOME & I AM DELIGHTED. It would have been nice to have been informed a credit was issued so I would not have continued to chat and request a refund. lol The 4 is due to no response to inform me I was refunded. They are a great company & definintely deserve a 5 but i cannot ignore the lack of chat response even tho they had taken care of my request. Prices are great and the product is cheaper than anywhere else I have found. Vicki Cooper

I had a very easy time registering and they get back to you very quick when you send them a message. I have no complaints they are very nice
Product Works the Customer Service does not
I got my trial via Groupon and that experience went great. I have been on the medication since October 2025 and i have lost well over 50lbs. It's not a program if you need support or guidance. I'm giving it a 4 because the customer service sucks. There have been times where I had to hunt down my delivery. But for me the product works and it's the least expensive option for me out of pocket.

I wrote a bad review on Groupon and the manager called me and offered me my first vial free if I changed me review, which I did because anyone trying to rectify the situation means a lot to me. My main concern is the fact that, I have taken ozempic and monjauro before. Each time it worked, with this I had no change in appetite. Also, regardless of how you slice it the customer service sucks

Only company I have stayed with and trust
I have always had a great experience with cosmeticRX. My shipments are on time. My monthly fee’s never go up and affordable. I am able to pause or cancel with one push of a button at anytime. I will get a response within 24 hours of submitting an email. I have used other companies and this is by far my favorite and the one I have stuck with for over a year. They also offer other prescriptions that I will be using soon for skin problems.
Cosmeticrx are slimy con artists
I purchased a Groupon back in December. The website was so user-unfriendly and I had so many issues dealing with this company that I canceled the subscription. Told them I don't even want to deal with you all because it just felt slimy. Six months later out of the blue, they send me an offer for a one-time $89 Trizipatide. I went on and ordered it, not knowing that they were going to then start automatically shipping and charging me $149 for the same medication. Nowhere on the one-time offer did it say that if you get this one-time offer you are signing up for a subscription. It was a total scam. They can't produce anywhere where I said I wanted to sign back up with them. The email was perfectly clear: one one-time $89 shipment. Now I am having to dispute this charge through my bank. I've had to write their support line three times. This company, stay away from them. They are shady con artists.
