READ BEFORE YOU ORDER.... Cotosen.Com advertises Carhartt brand clothing at prices that dont raise red flags. The clothing that came is instantly recognizable as illegal oriental knock offs. Cheap fabric and a phoney Carhartt label. After 20 or so emails back and forth asking for a return address they relentlessly asked for product codes, photos, SKU #s, anything to run out my 30 day limit to return. Finally they agreed and sent a return address, I shipped the clothes back and sent them the tracking per request. I had to pay return shipping, once the package got to them they REFUSED THE PACKAGE and it is returning to me. I told them I wanted my money back and I wasnt paying for shipping and going back to the post office again. They acted like they never got the package. I hate games. I dont have time. Im reporting this fraud tomorrow... BUYER BEWARE!!

Beware of Scam!!! These are not Brand Names!
Read reviews that seemed good, ordered and the horrible reviews followed that second. I emailed Cotosen for a refund immediately and they emailed needing a form attached to email completed. No form was attached. Sent back email stating no form was sent and demanded refund on same day ordered. They emailed that the package was shipped and sorry. Next day sent email saying it was going through processing. Emailed demand and they emailed it was shipped. Next day they sent an email saying the items were being inspected. I demanded a refund and again they said it was shipped. Kept demanding the refund and the package arrived 3 weeks later. Hasn’t been opened. They sent an email saying they would offer a $70 credit and to keep the package or refund $70 and keep the package. The fine print states that the purchaser pays for shipping and once the unopened package is received, they will collect their shipping costs and then refund the rest. This is a scam!!!

Poor quality and falsely advertised.
I ordered a coat claiming to be a CARHARTT coat. When it arrived it was of poor quality, the wrong colour and definitely not a CARHARTT coat. I've tried contacting the company but have had no replies. I am so disappointed as I purchased this in good faith for a Christmas present for my wife.

I paid for a jacket (Carhartt padded jacket). The jacket that arrived from China was nothing like what I ordered. I believe I was scammed. I complained and they offered a small amount in compensation. I said I wanted a full refund and never heard from them again. Buyer beware.

AI generated photos of their clothes. What you see is not what you get. They wasted a month of my time and valuable resources to steal. They are not honest. They assured me it was the correct size that would be shipped. The package was delivered after a month yesterday. The sizes all wrong plus it was not the beautiful clothes from the pics zI chose. This company should not be allowed to operate in USA by fraudulent means.

Buyers beware
Buyers beware. The clothing and company are from Hong Kong and they are very cheap made. If you buy something from them and decide to return it you will be responsible for the return and they states they also charge a restocking fee. This company has a very very low grade with BBS. and they really should be banned from doing this type of business in the USA. The pictures and the descriptions of clothing items or deceptive and misleading and goes against rules and guidelines according to FTC under consumer protection act. If you have been a victim please file a complaint with FTC and stop these predators.

The styles and selections were great! Easy to navigate. Was disappointed with a denim coat going missing from shop. I wish there was expedited shipping. I've been waiting weeks for my 1st order. I've placed a large 2nd order and I just hope it gets here before Christmas!
