I would strongly advise freelance trainers and workshop instructors to be cautious before accepting work with this company.
From my experience, completing the work was the easy part. Getting paid afterward became the real challenge.
Despite fulfilling the agreed responsibilities, payment remained outstanding well beyond the expected date. Following up repeatedly only led to explanations and requests for patience, without a clear commitment on when payment would actually be released.
What's particularly disappointing is the lack of accountability. Freelancers are expected to show up, deliver quality sessions, and meet their commitments on time. It's only reasonable to expect the same professionalism when it comes to paying them.
A professional-looking business doesn't always mean professional treatment behind the scenes.
If you're considering working with this company, I strongly recommend getting clear payment terms in writing and being cautious about accepting additional assignments while previous payments remain unsettled.
I hope sharing this experience helps other freelancers make a more informed decision.
This company are a bunch of scammers.
They hire new staff, work them for a week or two with pay. (If they’re lucky)
Then they come up with several excuses for delaying and not paying their staff. I know several people who still have not received their pay and received no responses from this company.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
**Fraud Alert!**
This company is completely untrustworthy. They don't pay their teachers, leading to constant turnover as they hire new staff instead of compensating those who have already worked hard for them. It's a pattern that shows a total lack of respect and integrity. If you're considering working with them or enrolling in their programs, think twice. Your time and effort deserve better!
Attention everyone, please be aware of this fraudulent organization. They are not a registered company under Qatari law and refused to provide their registration when requested. The company is managed by a Filipina woman and an Indian man. They have one person handling customer inquiries, and these are all the individuals working there.
Teachers for different courses are constantly changing because they use them for classes without paying them afterward. Additionally, the contracts with teachers are invalid as they are not proper labor contracts.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE DECEIVED.
