I found the ad on Facebook, I must admit that I was a bit afraid but very quickly I received my order. then A small hole appreared immediately When I put one of my matresses in the river, So a made pictures and sent a mail to Coziya company hoping they would be nice to help. In the following hours a got an answer saying I would get another one for free and I did! So I highly recommend Coziya for they professionalism and nice service.

I ordered two mattresses after seeing the ad on Instagram that praised their super resistance. I couldn't even take them camping because they both deflated in less than 2 hours... very disappointed

The best mastress ever ! I bought my first coziya approximately 1 year ago and it’s just the best investment I did. I use it everywear, on the beach, sea, rock, moutain or to a sleepover with my friends, it’s super comfy and the materials are super strong. Just love it <3

My girlfriend and I paid for it because we can attach them and its easy to pack, I got a trouble once but I was speaking for a week with the customers service and they was really helpfull, I recomand it +++

I ordered 2 mattress from TikTok shop on July 9th and the tracking number shows it’s coming from China (YT2419121272112769). Before ordering I found a UK and French website advertising the Coyzia matress, both exactly the same, so I thought it was legit and spent my money. Now the UK site has vanished and a USA site has appeared. TIKTOK shop shows the package is still in China. M.yuntrack.com shows the package arrived in the UK on July 14th. 5 days to go from a factory in China to a Midlands sorting office? Nope, not realistic. At best Coziya.fr must be aware that their site is being cloned for scamming purposes and are ignoring it. At worst they are doing the scamming. As I know I will be able to get a refund from my credit card company, I will wait a couple days to see what happens next and update TrustPilot with the result.

My order was very late and fake. They claimed they couldn't find my address but they used the exact same excuse to my sister. The product is unbranded. No brand on the cover or the air mattress. Takes longer to pump up than they state. I asked for a refund as it wasn't as described or pictured. After much back and forth via paypal they offered a refund but I has to return the item 'fake' items to France although they implied were selling from as Australia. The package came from China. After spending $100 to return my order, paypal refunded me the full order (excluding return postage). The company's closed all instagram accounts and websites. My returned package was never picked up in France and eventually was returned to me. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY. The same thing happened to my sister except her bank refunded her without requesting she return her items. It has now been 3 months so enough time must of gone by so they can start scamming again. IN REPLY TO COZIYA RESPONSE: Coziya Worldwide is now advertising on Instagram again with delivery to Australia. Same as last year with all France contact details. If this is not you, so not a scam, you shshould probably look into it. I can't share the link but search for coziyaworldwide
