No other choice than to do business with boomerang carnet if North American. They complicate things and ask for exorbitant prices to be paid. Takes the fun out of traveling with your own vehicle. Would not recommend.

Excellent communication and service.
Overall good experience
Overall good experience, but unlike their ATA Carnets, the process is done via antiquated printed forms and back-and-forth communication instead of via an online tool/form. They always did respond quickly quickly to any questions that I had and provided documentation on time.

We have been traveling for two years with our American Toyota 4Runner. CPD Carnet's professional staff has answer every question and provided work arounds (Our carnet expires and we are in India, what do we do?) to our problems. Months to get the thing
Months to get the thing. Months to clear the thing. A litany of nonsense excuses and non-communication in the interim. A person takes a vacation and an entire segment of their operations grinds to a halt. Too bad there's no alternative. ...in fact, why is a regulatory monopoly even looking for ratings? Do people rate the DMV too? I would give my local DMV 3 stars.
