I ordered a Craft OWB holster with the retention strap, and I’m very impressed with the overall quality. The leather feels solid, well-built, and properly formed for the pistol. The retention strap adds exactly what I wanted — extra security without making the holster feel bulky or awkward.
The fit is snug, as expected with good leather, and it is breaking in nicely with normal use. The stitching, molding, and overall craftsmanship all feel like a step above generic off-the-shelf holsters. It rides well on the belt, feels secure, and gives me confidence that the firearm is protected and retained properly.
Craft’s customer service and ordering process were also solid. The holster took some time, but that is expected with a made-to-order leather product. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend Craft Holsters to anyone looking for a quality leather OWB holster with added retention.

A satisfying purchase
My Roto Holster System was delivered one month and four days following my order. Craftsmanship and quality immediately stood out upon initial inspection; break in was a breeze, taking all of two days following the instructions contained in the enclosed Break-In Kit I ordered with the holster. Adjustment of the Holster was a piece of cake; earlier I'd read several accounts regarding the difficulty with concealed carrying a full-size Beretta M9. But that issue, at least in my case, was negated with the Roto Holster that has made it so much easier, especially when out and about and having to use 'the facilities'! The 'rotation' feature's outstanding during the draw and reholstering.
I've tried beaucoup holster configurations over the past 17 years, but the Vertical Roto Shoulder Holster System by Craft Holsters has unequivocally satisfied my needs in a carry system. Thank you ...

Right fit?
After a very long “review “ process, they agreed to refund my money minus a $25 restocking fee. They did however let me keep the holster that can be made to work with another firearm.
After using their own fit guide to match up a pistol to holster, the holster arrived too small. Getting them to exchange/replace with the correct fit has been like an act of congress. The quality (and price) is first class. The customer service is far from what you’d expect for a quality American company

The first delivery arrived right on time, package was undamaged. The holster had an issue with the thumb break switching the thumb safety off while holstered. Customer service addressed it quickly and promptly sent a replacement that has worked quite well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I received my Craft Holster for my Glock Gen 5 Mos. Optic cut and light bearing 4 days earlier than expected delivery date at time of order! Fits like a glove!!! I won’t be using the break in kit. My break in kit is letting my Glock sit in it for a day or two! I haven’t worn it yet but I can tell it’s quality built specific for my firearm! I’ve read a review saying the leather is very soft and will collapse needing two hands for reholster. I can tell just by the look and feel that’s NOT going to be the case for mine! I got the OWB Mainly for range use. I’m a big guy so I’m gonna see how my untucked shirts conceal it. Maybe it will be my EDC holster as well! These holsters I can already tell will last a lifetime and be able to pass down to younger generation family members. I will update a review after about 6-8 months of use and let everyone know how it’s holding up but right now I can see the quality in the build of the holster! Thanks Craft Holsters! I will definitely be a return customer for my other firearms!

I haven’t used Craft leather holsters…
I haven’t used Craft leather holsters but did buy their nylon holster for my MP 10mm. The reason I chose the nylon holster is because I don’t intend to carry this pistol except to the woods. And occasionally because I enjoy shooting and practicing with it. The holster is custom fit and seems to be top quality. So! I ordered 3 more for other pistols! Craft Holsters have been a pleasure to do business with,and have done everything they agreed to do. I ordered the 3 holsters on separate days but Craft agreed to bundle all of them in one order so as to save on shipping. Some companies might not do that! And I appreciate it! I can’t speak for their leather holsters but mine are good,and the service is great! Will continue to buy from Craft Holsters in the future.

Craft holsters is the best
Craft holsters is the best. I own 12 of their holsters, and I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Quality throughout, cutting of leather, and a great sew job. Breakin not to difficult, it gets easier after owning 12. I use spray saddle oil to loosen it up and use the plastic bag method. Use freezer zip lock bags. You won't be disappointed.

My experience with this company has been better than most companies out there. The holster is of great quality and very well made. Good quality holster for open carry or…
Good quality holster for open carry or maybe in vehicle as it sticks out a good bit off belt line. Holster arrived and fit my full size 1911 perfect without break in. Belt loops are too tight for tge belt to go through without a lot of force.
