Art arrived quickly. One issue occurred with one of several orders but it was bc I misunderstood that what I purchased was not a canvas. They responded right away and immediately gave me a store credit. Excellent customer service.

Bought quite a few pieces for the art. Incredible prints and frames and hung in minutes. Will be a customer for life for the manner and care in which they took for the last piece coming damaged through the courier. Not only did they tell me to just keep or donate the damaged piece, they gave me the option of sending a new piece or giving a store credit to purchase other art. They were so attentive and quick to respond. Customer service like this doesn’t exist these days. 10 stars from me. A customer for life. Thank you Pat, Aja and the team at Crib of Art.

My art work was badly damaged during shipment. I took pictures of the package in the condition I received it as well as the art work itself. The art word sustained a small tear due to being crushed and half the art work was badly creased due to it being crushed. Without hesitation Crib Art (Pat) replaced the art work.

Five stars! Exceptional service from start to finish. I purchased Fiery Blooms and it is absolutely beautiful in our home. I have since ordered a second print, Dream View, that I can’t wait to see! I have been looking for a couple of years for the perfect prints and sizes. It's taken a while but I am so glad to have found them! I had some questions and concerns along the way. First order arrived after a long delay and had damage. Crib of Art sent replacement. It arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. High quality print. Only criticism is that frame was quite flimsy and tended to sag when hung on supplied hooks. Needed some reinforcing. Special thanks to Ana who organised replacement quickly and with no fuss. Would now make further purchases.

Ordered two prints Kept up to date reference order tracking. Issue following delivery which was promptly dealt with by Helen. Pictures now on wall and are lovely. Would recommend.

My experience purchasing art with the help of Aja, Helen and Pat has been wonderful. They have been able to resolve any issue, offer decoration advice, size recommendations and do so while being pleasant and reassuring. I would recommend Crib of Art to anyone that might be concerned about ordering on-line as this company is highly trustworthy and stand by their product and service. I have purchased artwork in the past two weeks to cover my dining room, fireplace, living room and downstairs bathroom. There was so many pieces of art I thought would work nice, but I couldn’t buy them all!!!
