I was sceptical about purchasing…
I was sceptical about purchasing online. After my first email customer service made me feel very comfortable to go ahead, which I did. Unfortunately my art work was fabulous but unfortunately the frame was damaged. Just a quick email & Michelle was outstanding to make me feel confident that the problem would be solved pronto! Much to my delight it was all sorted very quickly & the service was outstanding. I'd definitely recommend this business. I would also purchase again with every confidence.

My experience entailed receiving the wrong artwork or not receiving it at all. However, after speaking with Ana and explaining the ordering issue, she quickly made the necessary corrections. I truly appreciated the support.
