I’ve tried several times to cancel my order and request a refund. While customer service initially responds and asks for the reason – which I’ve provided each time – I unfortunately don’t receive any follow-up afterward. This repeated pattern has made the process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I believe this could be handled in a more professional and customer-friendly way.

My account got permanently banned. I was permanently banned and now I lost all my progress and support is completely ignoring me and there is no other way to claim or ask for help. Website says “In any case of abruption of service, we will issue a new account or a refund.” This is a complete lie and they do not follow what they say at all. I lost my game plus progress and money I paid for this service.
