I can honestly say this sites help and support is nothing short of outstanding. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of there way time and again to help solve your issues. Great products- I’ve been using them from the very beginning. Every bug is treated quickly, and the compatibility with Elementor and WooCommerce is impeccable.
But the support- that’s a whole different story. It’s THE best support I have ever experienced in my life for a WP plugin, and honestly for any digital product at all.
I own the biggest unlimited lifetime license, and it honestly feels like a steal because I get 100% real support for any issue- not bots, but actual people. Even things that are outside the official capabilities of the plugins are sometimes handled with a custom patch or code specifically designed for my case. This is unprecedented in so many ways!
Soooo happy with the products. They replaced a lot of other good plugins for me, and now I work almost entirely inside the “Croco ecosystem”- which is very well-behaved and stable (if you know what you're doing), and works amazingly well when you keep active only the capabilities and plugins you actually use instead of enabling everything for no reason.

Crocoblock makes great products and their Customer support was excellent. It turns out, in my case, I did not need a plugin which I had previously purchased. They honored their 30 day refund policy no questions asked, immediately and were extremely nice all along the way.
