Every call I get from Cruise Hub is pleasant, easy and straightforward.
On this call, Dave called me to remind me of the deadline to pay balance. Always professional. Answered my questions (even checked to make sure the info was correct).
When booking hotels or vacations I usually go thru an agent. doing all online is very unsettling for me. going thru Cruise Hub was easier, more effentient - all knowing i'm paying best rate. Thank you for making the process pleasant.

So I had another person from Cruise hub…
So I had another person from Cruise hub that didn’t call me back and when I called back, Dave was the person who answered. I had made a mistake on my end and had not paid one of my invoices and I lost a room on the MSC cruise. It had gotten worked out, but I was still trying to transition drink package and Wi-Fi.. we got a hold of one representative by calling them together on the phone and she was very caustic and not helpful. He was extremely Patient to stay on the line. He called the cruise line again and was very reassuring. He was persistent and found somebody that would help us and ultimately the entire situation got sorted out because he vouches for his clients that book through his agency. He was extremely patient and kind (even though I was a little bit emotional). Dave really helped me out. I’m extremely appreciative. He may need to go into law!

I had an outstanding experience working with Dave Brown. From the very beginning of our call, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional.
