I was extremely satisfied with the service I received during the process of selecting and booking my family's upcoming Icon of the Seas cruise.
Mr. Walker demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help throughout the entire process. Dave Brown was a tremendous assistance on the evening of July 29, 2026. He listened to the situation and went above and beyond to resolve my issue with celebrity cruises. This included Dave incurring a 60-minute wait time on the Celebrity customer assistance line. He was able to get me the gratuity pre-booking rate as compared to the recent gratuity fee increase. It's individuals like Dave and others I have dealt with at your firm that make me a repeat customer.

I had an issue with the cruise line I reserved and after speaking to several representatives from the cruise line none of them were able to come to a simple solution. Fortunately for me I dealt with Matilda at cruise hub who went above and beyond to resolve my issue. What should have been a resolution from the cruise line was resolved by Matilda with compassion, professionalism, kindness and competency! She is an invaluable asset to the cruise hub team!
