I was immediately impressed by the quality of the products, but what really set this company apart was the care and diligence in the packing of the crystalware for shipping. The box showed the effects of transit, but nothing was broken. I was left with the impression that it could have been dropped from the Empire State Building balcony with no damage to the contents.
