I got to buy the Hawthorne Fairy vase which I had failed to do on my first attempt. Contacted the owner, found out there were 10 left and placed the order. The vase arrived 2 days later, in time to give as a wedding gift. The vase is beautiful, and the owner is kind.

I've placed a few orders in the last 9 months. My orders were packed very well and arrived quickly. Prices are more than fair. I just found a glassware pattern I loved and would have bought a full sets in a variety of wine glasses, but with your site closing, many sizes have sold out. Sadly, I was too late to get Cashs Ireland Dunloe.

Pathetic customer service
I've ordered many gifts from Crystal Classics (over $3,000 worth) since November. A recent order was wine/Bordeaux glasses. The bases are too big / out of proportion to the glass and will not fit in any hanging racks. They make it very difficult to return an item, offering very little/no help. I gave them 5 stars before dealing with "customer service". I'll be looking for another store to buy glasses, picture frames, decanters and the many other items I've been purchasing from them.
