Screwed up my shipping address, has no phone number to actually talk to a real person and when I finally did track a number down no call back. If I hadn't took the initiative and spent an hour on the phone with usps my package would have been sent back. The product is good hence the 2 stars. I will never ever order from them again. I'd rather wait 4 weeks for something from China that offers customer support and not f***king robot Ai bs.

I was Trying to get help with wiring my speakers to the correct ohms. So I try to reach out to customer service. Customer service is email based. Would have been nice if I could speak to somebody on the phone. At end of the day I couldn't resolve my issue because I couldn't explain over email.
12in sub kit
I bought the 12in sub kit with the 1300w class D amp. I suspect i have a faulty am0 but I'm still troubleshooting the issue. The sound coming out has good clarity but its not as powerful as I think it should be. I suspect it's the gain not being set correctly. I tried setting it with a multimeter on AC as the video CT Sounds put out but I was not able to change the voltage by adjusting the gain knob.
