The platform feels unreliable and lacks the polish you’d expect from a financial service. The interface can be confusing, and important information isn’t always clearly presented, which makes navigation frustrating. Performance also seems inconsistent at times, with delays that make simple actions take longer than necessary. I've had a less frustrating experience with, Quick VIP, Customer support doesn’t feel very responsive either, which adds to the lack of confidence when issues come up. Overall, it doesn’t feel like a smooth or trustworthy experience compared to more established alternatives.
