I need to return the swimsuit because…

I need to return the swimsuit because it looks like it has been worn before. It has dirty spots, one on each breast area. There are also snags on the front of the suit. I called to speak to someone yesterday but, I had to leave a message. No one has called me back yet.

I have returned two items with no refund I have sent several emails and no reply I have lost my money and sent items back! Do not use !!!

It was shipped quickly and fit great. The only thing is it looks more white in the photo. I was disappointed as mine was mostly blue. I still like it but I have blue ones I wanted more of a white w the design. The quality is good.

My experience with Cupshe was very easy. The shipment came very quickly and was packaged safely. The garments were as described. My only complaint is that the size chart wasn't completely accurate so I had to return some items because they were too large. The return process is also very easy which is why I continue to shop with Cupshe.

Absolutely love Cupshe! So many styles available to fit anyone's taste in clothing. The size guides are very accurate and insure a perfect fit every time. Even if you do get something that didn't fit perfectly for you or the color a little different than you wanted, the customer service team always has your back with easy returns or exchanges. And the savings are unbelievable. Not only can you earn extra perks, but the coupons and sales make it easier to stock your wardrobe and always have something beautiful to wear. I have been shopping Cupshe for years now.

Scam

Scam. I ordered and waited for weeks, it finally shipped and was expected today. The tracking stopped loading, it never arrived, and I just got an email cancelling my order with no explanation. Update - They reached out to let me know they dropship, and sending the tracking was a mistake as the item in sizing didn’t actually exist. I waited a week, following the tracking. It is very dishonest and a total scam to send false tracking, when they know the item doesn’t exist.
