Ordered item on 23/07/26 with expo…
Ordered item on 23/07/26 with expo dates shipping (4-6 days). I am still awaiting order on the 06/08/26. I contacted customer services who were not interested or empathetic at all. They said I had to chase the issue with the courier as it’s nothing to do with them now. They stated their delivery times were just an estimate, however nothing on the website states it can take over three weeks to get your item with standard delivery, only 4-6 days. After a push they agreed to refund my P&P costs…yes they charge for postage, but I have yet to see this in my account. Would not recommend buying from them unless you order 6 months in advance by the looks of it. Very poor service!

Great selection and options!
I find the majority of my suits from Cupshe. They have a great selection and options to choose from and returns are a breeze. My only complaint is that the sizing is inconsistent. Outside of that will always check Cupshe first!

Love all my suites, coverups & the easy return for either a size change or just because suit is not my body type. The Cup She suites & coverups are hands down the best qulity and Price out there. My only thing is I am a person that want my purchases fast! sometimes because coming from over seas takes longr than I would like!

Little annoyed ordered my items July 27…
Little annoyed ordered my items July 27 items were estimated to be delivered August 8. Got an email with updates for my package and it showed that it now won't be delivered until august 14th. Which I leave for my vacation on August 13. Definitely not the best experience tried to cancel the order all together but can't because of them already doing a re shipment. I don't even want the items anymore so hopefully there return process is less stressful so I can atleast just get my money back after all this.

Easy to order. Quality of swimwear is great. Fit of each suit is different so read reviews. Overall love this company. Shipping does take a little longer sometimes, but worth the wait!

The merchandise came as promise. I tried them and was once again glad to see the quality was exceptional specially for the price. I have one that is a little tight for a medium but the rest are good. I have tried your products before and I have some good comments on them asking me where I bought them. Cupshe of course.

Shipping date was wrong on the initial…
Shipping date was wrong on the initial order and once I hit purchase then it was pushed back. Now the shipping company is delayed even more so the swimsuits will not be delivered in time for our vacation. The shipping company is shady and I can’t really track where my package is. I’ve been told I can refuse the package once it is close to me but I can’t tell from the website. I was going to do expedited shipping but I have plenty of time based on the states expected delivery.

If there are no updates shortly after an order is shipped, please rest assured that this does not necessarily mean the parcel is not moving.
