Art was great! My company purchased personalized tumblers. Art made everything easy. They were ordered within 24 hours and we received them exactly when he said we would within 2 weeks. Price was very reasonable and the finished product looked awesome! Very happy customer and will 100% use them again as long as Art is there!
Thanks to my new best friend Art, we were able to get our order created and delivered within DAYS for an upcoming event. He followed up every step of the way, even looked up the mailing address to my building. He was ready to go, and the pricing was AWESOME. WE'LL BE BACK!
Here in Hollywood, we know talent when we see it--and Art from CustomUSB is a super star! He treated our small order like a 50,000 unit purchase by the big boys, he got every detail just right, and followed up every step of the way. I nominate him for Best Vendor in a Supporting Role! By the way, we re-ordered more custom drives the next morning, and Art is still there cheering us on. Like I said, SUPER STAR! James
Art was absolutely amazing to work with!! He was very knowledgeable and always there to answer any question I had. I look forward to our next order with CustomUSB and work with Art!!!!
Quick, friendly and patient! We had to adapt our logo a few times and the turnaround was quick. We had our order within a week of finalizing order.
Recently, I connected with Jenina over at Custom USB. Jenina along with the team have been impressively awesome! They make sure your needs are met and exceeded my expectations. The products arrived when prompted and were produced with amazing quality. When they say they are going to get something done, they do it. I am satisfied and confident that MMU and Custom USB will be doing long term business. Thank you for allowing us to have an incredible experience. -Joseph Mercado (Founder of Master Mind University: MMU)
The usb mini spin I purchased was perfect! Customer service was perfect! I will be using this company again! Definitely recommend.
Excellent product and customer service, Jenina was great to work with, and answered all my questions very quickly. I would definitely purchase USBs from them again.
I submitted a rough draft of what I wanted and this company was very quick about sending me a proposal on the finished product, then they made and shipped them faster than any company I have used before. Look forward to doing business here again!
Custom USB rep. Jenina, was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions prior to ordering so that i could make an informed decision. Ordering process was smooth and product was delivered (with UPS tracking) less than 10 days from payment approval.
These guys are amazing! My contact, Art, was amazing and I could contact him at any moment with a quick phone call (never put on hold). The USB's are amazing. I will never even look for another USB company.
Art was great to work with and very helpful with our order. He called and suggested we added a photo to our Power Card. It made the item much more personal for our company and our conference and was a great addition. He was very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company and Art. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about ordering from them. It certainly was a 5 star experience and was due to Art's great customer service.
CustomUSB delivered exactly what they offered. Product is great, pricing was open and transparent. I'll do business with them again in the future!
I just ordered a second round of custom USBs with our company logo on them and they turned out great again. Jenina helped me with the order this time and made it even easier than the first time. I really appreciate all the dedicated support.
Great customer service, good quality merchandise and fast delivery. Excellent experience and will order from them again
My product arrived just as explained. The process was easy and production and delivery were very fast. Jenina Lanzi was excellent and followed up with me often to guarantee that I would be 100% satisfied. I will continue to place orders with them.
I made a USB drive for a buddy of mine with his band logo on it, and it turned out so good! Extremely satisfied with my purchase, as was my friend.
Just received my second order of custom flash drives for my company, because I was so impressed with the first order. They look great. Working with Jenina was easy and fast and delivery was quick.
