I have no doubt this company is a scam. Having sent over 13 emails trying to find out if an order was ready to ship, I finally got a reply saying be patient! I have already started a claim with my bank and suggest everyone to do the same. The company deletes any negative comments on posts so it leads to a lot of people believing they offer quality products. There are reliable businesses on Etsy doing this same thing, go there instead!
A month later, still waiting for items with no update and no tracking provided, save your time and money!
Took over a month to be delivered even though their page clearly states shipment within 7-10 business days. After going rounds with customer service via email and getting the same generic response multiple times I finally got actual response and my item was shipped. When I received it, it was nothing like the photos I sent. Waste of money.
Bad pre-service No possibility of choice between some drafts before the embroidery If you pet is embroidered cross-eyed or without an ear, you don't have chance to advice the company. Bad post-service Bad communication. Some attempts to reach a solution and I received answer (I suppose that automatic answers) with no relation with my proposal.
Terrible customer service, wish I never ordered. It's been almost a month and my order still has not been shipped. Customer service replies are even more frustrating. Some AI bs responses, and was even told "to be patient". I expect the product will be just as underwhelming. Cool idea but awful execution, someone not foreign should take this business idea. If you are considering buying, Don't.
Wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing. Credit card was immediately billed but had to email the company for order confirmation after waiting 2 WEEKS without any information. They responded back with a vague answer and no estimated delivery date. Product finally showed up one month later and does not match the photo I sent (missing spots on his face, brown instead of black around nose, and body is beige instead of white). Name at the bottom of design is off center. Looking closer at the product, THERE'S A HOLE IN THE SHIRT! Do not send them your money!
I ordered a white hoodie with an embroided picture of my dog. Firstly the order took almost 1 month to come, not great but not a deal breaker. However when it arrived it looks absolutely terrible. My dog is light coloured beige type of fur with slightly darker, but still light brown ears. The item I received is incredibly dark brown, except very light brown around the eyes. and it has BLUE ears!!!
No confirmation email so no clue to the whereabouts of my product. Currently been 22 days (7 days overdue) and the parcel hasn’t even left China yet. The email team have been prompt to reply but refuse to give me a definitive date of its arrival and the tracking website has been stagnant and no updates since 4 days ago in which it said it hasn’t even been fully shipped out of China yet

I bought this product and had an extremely delayed response time trying to cancel my order when I read reviews and saw that the product is cheap and bad. It is horrible quality and made on a cheap sweatshirt material. They also ignored my requests to cancel my order and just acted like I was inquiring about shipping. Please do not give this company your money.
I just ordered a sweatshirt with a custom engraving maybe an hour ago and wanted to cancel the order after seeing some poor online reviews about the site. I talked to their customer service, whom did not give a choice to receive a refund, ONE HOUR AFTER PURCHASE. They said the product "is too far along in the process" which is incredibly vague and clearly dishonest. It's a scam, don't make the same mistake I did.
I was really dubious about this site after reading it was a scam company and had undefined legitimacy BUT my order arrived today and it's beautiful! The site was very basic and email confirmation went to my spam folder (more red flags) and lots of "partner companies" offering the same/similar products kept bombarding my Facebook wall. I couldn't find a review that didn't say "be aware". Panic set in when I saw the tracking info was China but I was under the illusion it was a US site after seeing similar, more expensive shops on etsy. HOWEVER... for various reasons, I really wanted a sentimental gift for my partner so I gambled and ordered an embroidered hoodie. The reason I gambled was because of the security PayPal offered and I'm so pleased I did! The embroidery detail is gorgeous and the overall fabric quality is fab. Delivery was also much faster than expected as I was a bit nervous it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. It only took 18 days! Anyone who is having doubs about this site please be reassured. They are legit and I can highly recommend them (you 100% get what you pay for)
