Fooled by the cool gift idea, I made the same mistake everybody did on the reviews. Poor customer service, placed the order the 25th of November for the Christmas presents and """shipped""" after 20 days of mailing them several times, they probably even sent me a fake tracking website. Still waiting for the products, even if they really shipped they'll never make it for Christmas. Paid with PayPal, hopefully I'll have a full refund. UPDATE: After texting them countless times I received the shirts (they sent them in 3 separate orders!!) AFTER CHRISTMAS. Prints and embroidery are really low quality, colours are nothing like the pictures I sent them. At this point claiming a refund it's just a waste of time for me, but if you are reading this before buying just DON'T BUY

I ordered a custom rug. The video they showed used colored yarn/rug material. What I got was a cheap, poorly printed picture on a rug. Completely BAIT and Switch.

Still haven't had my order
Still haven't had my order, when asked I got told its Christmas its busy we will contact you later . This was at the start of the week and still nothing has changed. I am very upset and angry as it is a Christmas present but as I had put for priority delivery as having to travel for Christmas. £52 down the drain . Would never recommend .
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
Well, I got scammed. Order sweatshirts for my entire family with their pets on them. Got an email saying that due to a busy shipping time the packages probably got lost. They said they would track the package and get back to me. That was a month ago. Have sent 4 emails to get my money back - haven't heard anything.
Put simply - it's a scam
- don't expect an order confirmation - don't expect to ever receive your item - If you have already purchased, cancel the charge with your bank before it is approved or too late.
Still haven't received it
Ordered on Nov 25 and still haven't received any confirmation of the order. I've emailed and they've said they're busy etc etc. Still nothing. I asked for a refund but now radio silence...
Not being made but took my money
Ordered for christmas present in november. Item came, nothing like what was shown. Paid for shipping for another one. Been waiting 3 and a half weeks. No updates. Just says order created and nothing more. I dont think it will even come as its not been made yet and they have turned off all their comments on instagram. Probably because others were being scammed. Site says they will show you the design before you get it, they dont. You dont even get tracking and shipping email. Awful company and no one gets anything done, just keep telling me to wait when its not changed in over 3 weeks

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely garbage company, terrible customer service. I ordered an item on 11/30/23. It is now 23 days later and no package PLUS its been in the status “awaiting shipment” for 2+ weeks. Only response I get is a generic email and they keep telling me “wait 3-5 day” they have been saying that since the beginning. Atrocious excuse of a company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

It's a scam, do not order from this website!!!! I made my purchase on December 3rd and to this day (21st December) it still hasn't been shipped. Their customer service gets back within a few hours always from different email addresses (very suspicious) I've asked them several times for a full refund but they refused by telling excuses about how during this period of time they're full with orders but no one was able to provide me with information about the delivery date. Luckily since I've made the payment via PayPal I was able to get my money back. So please do not order from them, they're scammers and your order won't ever be shipped. Furthermore I've found several websites selling the same products and they've all been opened around 3 months ago. I wish I would have known better before buying so please follow my advice and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
Worst company with false advertising, do not waste your money.
This was the worst customer experience I have ever had and have never been so disappointed in a company. I ordered my custom sweater well in advance of the holiday season as I wanted to have enough time to ensure I got the sweater in time before Christmas as it was going to be a gift. This company website indicates, “We are a young, dedicated team always trying our best to bring customers the most positive shopping experience. Your happiness is our top priority for each and every gift we deliver. With our customer-centric core value, we strongly believe that you’ll receive high-quality products and only the best customer service. Guaranteed Satisfaction As our designs are handmade, we are not able to show them before placing the order. We offer unlimited revisions and only ship your product upon approval. This way, we ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final piece.” -I was not provided with any offer for revisions and did not approve the design prior to them shipping the sweater -The design colours are completely off the dogs head is brown and they made it grey and made the area around his nose brown when that should be white. -I am not satisfied at all with the sweater or the service I received so they’re statement about customer satisfaction is a complete lie -I paid $74.00 CAD and their initial offer to me was 10% discount which is completely unacceptable. -they advised they would provide me a full refund minus the shipping ($64.00) so I went to the post office and they advised me it would cost $93.00 CAD which is more then the cost of the sweater so I would be out additional money. -this went back and forth for over a week and I emailed with countless different people and the “best” they could do was provide me with $35.00 CAD so I am out $39.00 CAD and while that might not seem like a lot of money it is to me especially at this time of year. I have included the photo that I sent and the sweater I got back. Worst company with false advertising, do not waste your money.

Ordered something from them for £50 money went straight out bank. But heard nothing from the company aside from bs AI emails since. They said it's expected to deliver between 15th-20th December it's now the 21st and I haven't even had my shipping email for it to be tracked. Steer well clear of this company they're just out for the money I wouldn't be surprised at all if my item doesn't even arrive. PLUS the customer service emailed me from 2 different email addresses... vert suspicious indeed.

I honestly was fooled by the "positive reviews" that I had found linked to their page. The only email I have received is a link to a page that says my item will be shipped asap, but yet, 20 days later, it still hasn't shipped. I received poor customer service from them after emailing them after 20 days. I first emailed after 15 days and then again a couple days later and then they finally responded to the email I sent after a couple more days. All they told me was to "be patient as it's a busy time of year". I understand that they are not Amazon or something like that but I would at least like to know how close they are to shipping it they are (or if it ever will be).

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money, company is a scam. 3 weeks since ordering, still no idea if or when i will receive my order. Any emails enquiring about order are responded to with automated lies. Just this morning I emailed to find out what is happening and was told my parcel has shipped and is on its way. After following up with a request for the tracking information, I received another automated email saying my order is still to be processed. Clearly generic lies. I had wanted a Christmas gift to give my wife to remember our dead dog. Instead I'm out of pocket 50 pounds and have nothing to show it

Horrific quality of a hoodie, the picture I sent, it looks nothing like. Arrived late Customer service horrific For the money circa £50, you’d get a better result buying a hoodie from H&M, and drawing a picture with the opposite hand to what you write with in crayon on the hoodie. Never buying off these adverts on social media anymore. Sounds like a UK company, Chinese rubbish / scammers
No confirmation email, no product
Ordered 3 weeks ago. $100.00 in product and the only thing I have to show for it is the debit from my card. No confirmation email anywhere. No way to track my product & not even sure if it’s a scam at this point. I’m giving it one more week and then filing fraud against the charge.
