Very bad software! Full of bugs and fake promise. First of all, all these 5 star reviews here are fake. All positive reviews are written by their own team. These fools scamming people by selling software that is not functional. I lost around $500. Their paid plans are scam. Please stay away from this frauds
I purchased this tool more than a year ago, mainly for its promised Knowledge Base Q&A feature. I carefully imported my product information (including prices and shipping details) and tested with very simple, exact questions, but the bot repeatedly responded with “We couldn't find any results” instead of reading its own data. I contacted support multiple times over the past year, but the core issue has never been truly fixed. Each time I was told it would be looked into, yet in real usage the bot still fails to answer basic questions that are clearly defined in the backend. For a customer-facing chatbot, this level of unreliability makes it impossible to use in production. What is even more disappointing is seeing this product still being actively sold on deal platforms, while long‑time users like me are left dealing with the same fundamental problems. If you need a dependable knowledge‑base chatbot for real customers, I would strongly recommend testing very thoroughly before committing, or considering other options.
I am a tier3 customer bought cxgenie to use their mailbox feature. It's been 17 days + I am cheatting with one of their support agent named Leah Nguyen She just wasting my time by giving wrong information. sometime telling it's a bug, sometime telling it's a feature. she need some 3 days to address. but didn't came up with a solution yet. My final thought: The dev team seems very weak, they are fixing one bug and creating 2 new bugs! Just waste of time. If anyone from CX Genie want to seat with me on a google meet I can show how many error their app contain and can help them to fix.

all in one tool with a lot of features, not many tools have so many features like this. Great support team that helps me a lot to setup chatbot and go live on my site. The most surprising is that they build new features really quick, a lot of new things come every single week.
Genie is Cheat . Their information data base stops in 2023 . They do not tell you . You only know at your first search . They claim to give you 3 days free and then pull you into the monthly subscription . Stay away from them there are far better tools eg perplexie

I've been testing and using CX Genie for the last couple of months and Ive been more than satisfied with the services this platform offers!! The bots I've created helped me automate a number of tasks and best of all, after uploading all different type of information and details into the platforms knowledge base, the bots truly became smarter and smarter! What I also really appreciate is that CX Genie keeps on constantly evolving, new features, improvements etc going live every couple of weeks which make my general user experience with the platform better and better.
