I bought a turtle shaped toilet rol holder. Item is just a 3d printed piece of **** I waited almost 2 months for nothing. They say its made from razin but its plastic. They say its painted but its full on just the blue plastic from a 3d printer. The part where the toilet roll is put on should be decorated and collored, its just a piece of plastic AND IT DOESN'T EVEN FIT.
This company has a US address but all issues are handled from China for my order. Product had to be returned to China at my expense for refund. Sent an $8 substitute for my $75 order with order protection. Or they’d give me $36 back and keep it. Final surprise was seeing a 1.7 rating here when they show 5.0 on their site
They got my money 4wks ago, still no package. Something about logistics . I hope I am not out $138.00
I ordered a Grateful Dead Lego-like building set for $73.55 on June 28 from this company. It arrived on August 6, after 5 letters to the company, since the tracking information did not work. None of their website links work. Once it arrived, I realized that it is a 3D printer rendering of a multicolored van. It is light, and flimsy and so chintzy and worthless that the wheels don't even turn. The figures that are supposed to be included were not included. It is sold as a building set, but there are no parts to build! It is a solid piece of flimsy lightweight plastic. It was a complete bait and switch situation. If it were for sale in a store, it would be sold for under $1. These people should be prosecuted for fraud. I definitely did not receive what was advertised.
Waste of my hard earned money. The ad shows an elderly man hand making a wreath out of fabric the size of a Christmas wreath. Also shows him hand painting it. It arrived today. Its molded plastic and nowhere near the size the show in the ad. Its about the size of a saucer. It fits in my hand.If i saw one in a store i woild not pay 5 bucks for it. Plastic the size of a toy and it was very expensive. Had it been the size they showed and handmade from fabric like they showed id be a happy camper. Buying a tiny piece of cheap plastic for the price they charged is a total ripoff. Hopefully kama will prevail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT.
Very bad, they show a big mowing peacock garden sculpture and I got a miniature in hartz/plastic with no mowing parts at all.
This company is a scam. They are currently advertising a beautiful St Michael lit Statue. It is a wall -mounted statue. I ordered it and received a "statue" completely different to the one advertised. The size of the statue, which in the advert is almost arm's length. The one I received was the size of my palm's hand and my palm is pretty small. The statue on the advert has the Angel holding the sword seperately from the rest of it, and the wings of the Angel light up, even at the base. Mine does not have lighted wings. My statue has no resemblence to the one in the advert. I emailed the company and they replied, they cannot find my transaction. This a block of platic made in China.
Please do not buy anything from this website. First, they send the product 40 days after it was ordered. So, the occasion for which it was bought was already over by a whole month. Then when it arrived it was completely the wrong product. They had advertised the Liverpool FC Liverbird Decanter and they sent me a random glass bird decanter. Then after all my complains they said the 2 options is that: a. I keep the random bird and they will send me $19 b. They will refund in full but I have to pay myself to send back the WRONG PRODUCT I am still in shock! Please never buy anything from Cyrarise

ordered item still waiting despite "shipping company" indicating that it was delivered to an individual. Would not surprise me if they are the shipping company (or at least an imaginary site that shows shipping. emailed was told "oh sometimes that is not correct" Really? COMPLETE and utter GARBAGE. Just flush money down the toilet for better results. 1) Package shipped in cheap insulated envelope not a box. Package was crushed. 2) Item inside scratched. 3) Best part is, they shipped the wrong product. The dollar store has better garbage toys for $2. Stickers applied to plastic bus. It says it is die cast. I didn't know there was die cast plastic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IT'S GARBAGE. Go give your money to a homeless person

Clearly a scam website, be very very cautious ordering from here. They publish incorrect trust pilot reviews, say they are US based (they are not) and sell products that do not exist and then send alternative products. Avoid!!
I ordered a kit to assemble into a Greatful Dead bus with characters. I received a cheap plastic bus that had noting to do with the theme. They do not respond to my desire to return. A Scam
Seems to be no Trustpilot history on this company though when you look on their site they have listed trustpilot reviews, amazingly all good, read into that what you will.
