The item was not as described or shown. I tried to work with them and they just sent me more of the same wrong item. I tried to dispute it with my credit card and American Express has reviews. You can't even get hold of these people.
I ordered the Advent calendar w the cars. I ordered it 9/22/26 I’ve tracked it as the order progressed! It says delivered yet it wasn’t delivered on date n time stated. I have cameras and it WAS NOT delivered. My hubs is retired and home ALL day! This advent calendar WASNT DELIVERED!!’ I’ve contacted the company through email. Asking to send me a picture of the delivery( door, porch etc) no response!! This company is scamming ppl… Do NOT order from this company. I will be contacting my bank and hopefully Chase Red flags them! I ordered this through Shop and app that handles these orders. I see no way to contact them or the company who sold me the item. What a rip off
I received a notice saying package was delivered in person, total BS, invalid tracking number, I paid for shipping insurance also, they have my hard earned money, I have emailed company twice no response back, they are a total scam now I notify card holder
One star is too much do not buy from this company they lie in the description and when you finally get your delivery after a month you will be very disappointed and you can not contact them they don't reply to emails avoid

I ordered the projector that was supposed to display a room filled with Christmas images as seen in the advertisement. I received a cheap projector that displayed one small blurred image. Ridiculous. Crooks. I emailed customer support twice with no response. I filed a dispute for the charges with my bank.
I’m still waiting on my product and if this is a site that don’t deliver your products we should get a refund I have not received my item still waiting
Sorry everybody. Unfortunately, this is another total Chinese scam. I did receive a product, but it was tiny, almost smaller than the my palm of my hand. Completely different colours to what I ordered, terrible quality, the wrong size and to make matters worse, it was broken when it arrived. I reached out to customer service, but nobody has responded. Usual bullshit! Stay away from these people. It’s a scam.
I have emailed customer support about my order not being received. There has been no response so I have raised a dispute with my bank.
If I could give a review without giving a star, I would! Please don't order the solar owls. They are nothing like the picture advertising them. They are just cheap plastic and the wings do not open, as described by the company. I paid nearly £100 for 2 of them, but I wish I hadn't. They are a total rip off, and scam company. They are against trade description, as they don't do what is advertised. They are about 6" high. I am really disappointed with the product. I doubt they will refund so I won't even bother. DON'T BUY
I ordered the new 3 type lawnmower on July 28, 2026. After 2 weeks I sent email inquiring on status. Sent 2 more emails, all read the same "your item is on the plane for delivery!" ThIS IS A SCAM! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!i Lost $150.00. I still have invoice. Someone needs to shut them down.
I ordered a what I thought was a beautiful outdoor garden peacock and its wings were to expand. Maybe stand almost 2 feet I finally received it in the mail. Nothing like the picture fit in a box maybe a foot square in size and you got it the wings does nothing. Paid 72 dollars for a cheap piece of trash. I'm not even going to say how hard the return process is. Absolutely not a trustworthy web site. People beware.

Ordered garden peacocks waited ages for delivery just arrived nothing like what they advertised very disappointing paid £82 for 2 same thing on Amazon for £17 each

Even one star is too good for this company. I ordered a Grateful Dead 60th Anniversary Building Set on 29th June 2026. I still haven’t received it (15th August). I’ve written to the company several times and I do get responses, but the sender is written in Chinese script. Each response tells me the matter is being investigated and I will be given ‘an accurate answer’. Needless to say, I hear nothing further. Do NOT have dealings with these criminals.
Why don't I think!!!!! The product in the picture made you think it was around 4 to 5 feet tall. I get it finally, after waiting over a month, and it is basically a metal toy. It is a piece of junk. If I thought I could get my money back without any hassle, I would try. But after reading other peoples issues on trying to get a refund, it is not worth it! PLEASE THINK FIRST! These people make TEMU look like Nordstroms!
Does not even rate one star. I should have known. It’s the old “fool me once” adage. All I can say is don’t waste your money. Total waste.
