The Worst Customer Service

Absolutely, the worst customer service. For some reason, my salary is not available to advance. I've never had a problem with them, but, of course when I spent outside of my monthly budget to cover unexpected bills, they have some sort of glitch. I reached out to customer service and they were absolutely zero help. Anyway, this reminds me that I just need to save back more in case something unexpected comes up again because I can't rely on them to make it right in a timely manner.

It does it's job

It does it's job, but.. I have frequent payments being deposited days late, transfer fees are ridiculous... I don't even pay that much borrowing money from other apps. Customer service is usually outsourced to people who only know how to read prompts

Predatory service

First thing, customer service is horrible. If there is a problem, they are not able to solve anything. They are not able to look at any problems that involve your account second thing they do not post the earnings on time which if you need to pay something, they don’t know the reason why the earnings are not posted and will are not able to get you to anyone that can look into your account to see why the issues are occurring and the issues occur every single pay period and week I advise do not mess with this app because it makes you dependent on it and when you need it, it is not

The agent was terrible I called to get assistance with my card pin change instead he locked my account now I won't have access to my account for 48 hours !!! They don't do anything in a timely manner expect to get the run around from them

Do not use this app at all the love to lock your card without your permission then give you the run around when my card was fine when I use it this morning the purchase was a $8 TikTok purchase I need my card unlocked now yall locked it unlock it then the email support team never responds! I email them twice hours again nothing !

daily pay saved me on so many over draft fees and late fees. and helped me have the funds to get to work. 10/10 recommend when using responsibly.

Wage Theft

Wage Theft. On July 24, 2026 My direct deposit never made it to the bank and nobody bothered to call. So at 5 pm I called and spoke with someone and Explained the situation. He told me well we sent you $123.30 in advance and they put $200 on the card . My take home was $681.55 for that Friday. We all worked too hard to get robbed by this company. Currently looking for a lawyer . This needs to Stop.

Horrid

Absolutely horrible company. The app reports earnings wrong all the time and when you call or chat with a “customer advocate “ they repeat bs like wait 24 hours or there is a percentage that you have reached when in FACT; I have been getting daily pay every day! Absolutely disgusting horrible scam artist and I will be closing my account completely. I’d rather wait for my entire paycheck than deal with this stupid scam of a company.

TURN OFF ALL NOTIFICATIONS

I have all my settings in the app to notify me WHEN MY ACCOUNT BALANCE GOES UP. THATS IT. THATS WHAT I WANNA KNOW. SO WHY THE HELL EVEN AFTER DAILY DEPOSITS ARE MADE ARE YOU TEXTING ME TO ADS MORE MONEY BECAUSE MY BALANCE IS LOW? I JUST TOLD YOU TO NOTIFY ME WHEN IT GOES UP. I DIDNT SAY BE A PUKING NAG WHEN IT ISNT TO YOUR LIKING. I SPEND IT DAILY JUST AS FAST AS YOU GET IT. SO SHUT THE HELL UP WITH YOUR OH YOU NEED TO ADD MORE MONEY. SHUT OFF THE GOD DAMN NOTIFICATION!

I give this company below decent in all areas. Yes they charge for the instant transfers that’s kind of expected. What grinds my gears is their calculations are always off, whether it’s your earnings or the way they calculate taxes. It SUCKS so it then forces you to have an Overpayment that could have been avoided. Not only that, but the Customer SERVICE SUCKKKSSS! It’s like talking to a four year old about taxes, they just repeat everything you already know. It’s like you’re talking in circles and they just keep apologising meanwhile telling you random information you already know and didn’t ask for. I would never recommend this company to anyone for those two reasons

Love how i was instantly granted and fully compensated for my work completions for the full days of work fully functioning and most importantly one of the greatest applications i utilize till this day

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Very disappointed with this app, at this point, I’m working for free because I’m the only one that can’t see my earnings. I have tried multiple times to get help, and have been unsuccessful. There should be easier ways to get our money without having to deal with an app, that you hardly gives any options on our end to do anything, like add a new job, and restoring an account. No one wants to deal with an AI machine just to access earnings. I will give this a 3/4 star if I could. Wish you all the best of luck.
