Order never canceled and received incorrect size boot. Ordered size 13 received size 11.5 also was in European sizes so how could they be made in USA. like they claim they are made.

Don’t Buy, Poor Workmanship

After receiving the boots and wearing them for a week, one of the shoelace loops broke. I contacted customer service and they offered a $8 refund. Not satisfied with this they said I could return them (at my cost to Chyna) which would have cost me almost as much of the boot. Needless to say I’m stuck with a crappy pair of boots, comfortable but crappy workmanship. Also, after a month a second loop broke. DONT BUY THESE SHITTY BOOTS!

Bad Customer Service

This is the second order from this company. Both orders were incorrect and on both occasions I was informed to deal with it. This is truly a BS company and no one should ever order from them. To do so, you take the chance of a loss.

These boots are not leather and not USA made as advertised. I will not recommend this product. I will most likely donate these new boots to a local charity.

Dishonest sellers

They sent the wrong size and said that they would give me an 8 dollar credit on an 80.00 dollar order and said I should donate them. They said it had to be shipped to manufacturer and would cost more to ship than the order. I will see if paypal will make good on this. Do not buy from these people

Walk dogs

I bought a pair of these boots to walk my dogs on trails a couple days a week. After a couple months of wear, the velcro above the zipper came loose and had to be re sown. After 11 months of wear, the soles came apart. I would recommend not purchasing these.

Company does not offer returns and sent wrong size to boot. No marking as far as size since made in China. They suggested I give them away as a gift. STAY AWAY!

SCAM - Avoid, false advertising

I purchased a pair of "waterproof" boots from this company for dog walking. When they arrived they looked great and felt very comfortable. I have only had them for 15 days and one of the eye holes has now fallen out meaning that i cannot tighten them properly, and today after a slight bit of rain both my feet were soaked. Avoid this company, the boots are falsely advertised and very poor quality

Well first I waited 3 weeks to receive the product only to find out that the wrong size was sent. I emailed them and was requested to send a picture that shows the problem. I sent a picture of their boot next to mine. I where a size 11 they sent me a size 5 not even close. I simply asked them to make it right, the boots appear to be well made and durable but I cannot get my foot in them. They then told me in a lot of words that I just need to give the boots they sent away as a gift and they would refund me $3, the boots cost me around $60. And then I was told I needed to check and make sure I knew what size shoe I where, well guess what I've been wearing the same size boot for over 30 years I think I know what size I where. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

This company is a bunch if crooks and their warranty is non existent. The shoes/ boots I received did not fit so I asked to send them back. They said to give them to someone they might fit and they would refund ne $3 Buyer beware!!! Bob Clark

Fraud Company, NOT made in USA - Made in china and they try to hide it

Bought two pair of their boots which is turning out to be a complete mistake. Ordered 12 Wide, these are very narrow. Additionally, the advertisements all state "Made In USA" yet they shipped from China, and someone along the way took a magic marker pen to cover over the "Made In China" label on the tongue of the shoe. Furthermore-these shoes have a bright red "KKK" on the front of the tongue, and another "KKK" embossed on the sides. Certainly will not be wearing anything with that on them. Fraud company.

ITS A SCAM

Bought a pair of boots because they said they were comfortable and didn't realize at that time.That it was not u s a boats that it was shipped from china and the company is owned in. Not only did they send me the wrong size but the wrong boots . They only give you an email to talk to someone and i have sent many messages no response and they don't even send you a message back and there is no phone numbers . Don't buy from these people it's a scam .

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I should have read all the reviews before I ordered so its my fault. Nothing but bad reviews. Theg claim they are made in USA but my boots shipped from China. They also shipped me the wrong size. After reading countless reviews it would be a waste of time and money to try and make it right.

Dallader horrible company stay away…

I ordered their shoes and and their sizes. Do you not adhere to u? S sizes, they are too small and they're quality. Other shoes or horrible. Per their policy. I contacted them asked them to send me the correct size or a refund. They refuse to do both. I pointed out the return policy was supposed to be hassle-free. According to their website and uh, they offered me $3 on a refund or I could send them back to China. At a cost of over $40, right? That they said I have to pay the shipping and then they would refund my money. I would still be out twenty dollars and no shoes. Horrible product. Horrible return policy that they do not honor and horrible experience.

As selling in the UK expected some support, but nothing, long time to arrive, when asking for returns have to go via china and by the company choice and your cost, Do not expect any customer service or returns all adverts are misleading, and assumedly fraudulent

This company is a scam. The “motorcycle boots” they sent have no protection as advertised. They say they are refundable but they offer no help and, as other have said, offer you a $3 discount.
