Real products, fake support. Extremely regret not going with EcoFlow
I got my DaranEner Neo 600 in Feb and it didn't move from where it was set up since the day I bought it. It was never used as a UPS, only used to power the devices I needed it to, when I needed it to, in my home office. It served me well until it stopped working last week. 6 months out of the promised 'up-to-ten-years' marketing (actually 5 year warranty). After a week of correspondence with 'support', it became clear that they exist only to provide troubleshooting assistance, but in the event of an actual returnable defect or malfunction, given their seemingly generous (but now discovered to be meaningless) 2 year - 5 year extendable warranty, they have zero ability or desire to actually deliver on the warranty guarantee. Should have gone with more reputable brands. If it seems to be too good to be true, it's because it is. They manage to undercut the prices of more reputable brands precisely because they don't actually provide support. Buyer beware
