"Friendly, professional, and fast service. A great experience that truly inspired trust!"
We recently engaged with Data Destruction for our secure data disposal needs, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and security, ensuring that our sensitive information was handled with the utmost care. The process was straightforward and well-executed. The team arrived on time, equipped with advanced shredding technology, and completed the task with remarkable speed. They were also very thorough in explaining each step of the process, which reassured us that our data was being destroyed in compliance with industry standards and regulations. One of the standout features was their commitment to environmental responsibility. Not only did they securely destroy our data, but they also ensured that the resulting materials were recycled properly, aligning with our company’s sustainability goals. Overall, I highly recommend Data Destruction for any business looking for a reliable, secure, and environmentally conscious solution for data disposal. Their expertise and dedication to service excellence are truly commendable. This review emphasizes key aspects like professionalism, security, and environmental responsibility, which are critical in the data destruction industry.
Efficient and secure. Just what was needed
Friendly professional and fast service. Great experience. And really instilled trust!
The young lady that ran your storefront next to MicroCenter was very nice, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to do business with.
I appreciated that documents were destroyed while I observed
Super easy and affordable What I thought would be a real hassle, getting rid of old laptops, was quick and convenient and cheap! highly recommend DD! And pretty cool watching "the jaws" destroy a hard drive into small itty - bitty pieces!
Thank you so much for the review, Kate! We really enjoy sharing the wonder that is watching hard drives being shredded with people, and we're so happy you think it's as cool as we do!
They are affordable, and allow walk-ins. We use both there paper shredding and data destruction services.
Thank you for the review, John! We're glad you found our services easy to use and we hope to see you again soon!
They are very user-friendly. I had some difficulty understanding how to use the service at first, but they were very patient and helpful in explaining it. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thanks!
Thank you for the kind review! We are always happy to help people to use our services the most effective way for them.
Sorry I got stuck behind the key board and windows 10'time is almost up so can I have them see some one else we shredded data and computers where sent to shred for shredding the main board they are what Microsoft calls dead systems. So they can not be used or reused because we are going to give g network platforms and three g network platforms will become history channel or obsolete. Even you tube is converting slowly but I was the one stuck behind the keys. So thanks for making and making data safe.
Thank you for the great review!
We were extremely pleased with your service yesterday. John was extremely efficient and finished our shredding in a short time. We will ask for him again. As I told Joanna on the phone yesterday, you came when you said you would come and did what you said you would do. Thank you! Miriam
So glad I switched to this company after the horrible service with a former company we had been with for 15 years. Data Destruction beats the former company hands down. Data Destruction driver John is excellent, he is polite and a pleasure to work with. Office manager Joanna is friendly and so efficient. Joanna was able to move my pickup date several times to accommodate my needs because of scheduling issues in my office. Calls and emails have always been answered immediately. Nice dealing with pleasant people! Highly recommend!
Thank you for the wonderful review, Mary! We are so happy you have found our service as excellent as we strive to be. We appreciate our clients!
I have used this company for 4 years and they are awesome. Always pleasant on the phone and helpful. John has been the driver and is very customer service oriented. I firmly believe customer service starts from the top and it reflects in happy employees. They always show up as scheduled. I am not a big company but they treat me as I am. Thanks
Thank you for the review, Mary Lou! We're glad John lives up to your expectations of high-quality customer service. No matter the size of your company we always aim to deliver top tier service!

I have used this company several times and they are, by far, the most professional and helpful group I know. Plus, I appreciate their stance on the impact of their business in helping the community and the wider environmental benefits of what they provide: very impressive!
